    Fajaria Khoirun Nisa, Evaluasi Penerapan Sistem Akuntabilitas Kinerja Instansi Pemerintah (SAKIP) Pada Dinas Kepemudaan dan Keolahragaan Provinsi Jawa Timur. Dibawah bimbingan Muhammad Syam Kusufi,S.E.,M.Sc. Tujuan dari evaluasi penerapan sistem akuntablitas kinerja instansi pemerintah (SAKIP) pada Dinas Kepemudaan dan Keolahragaan Provinsi Jawa Timur adalah untuk mengetahui evaluasi penerapan sistem akuntabilitas kinerja instansi pemerintah (SAKIP) pada Dinas Kepemudaan dan Keolahragaan Provinsi Jawa Timur. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskritif kualitatif dengan tringulasi data. Sumber data menggunakan data primer yang berasal dari hasil wawancara dengan 4 informan, key informan berasal dari informan penting dengan bapak Uwais Alqarni, SE dan data sekunder yang berasal dari literatur atau dokumen yang ada pada Dinas Kepemudaan dan Keolahragaan Provinsi Jawa Timur. Hasil penelitian ini merupakan penerapan sistem akuntabilitas kinerja instansi pemerintah (SAKIP) yang tidak ada temuan atau revisi dari Biro Organisasi Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Jawa Timur. Dan sesuai dengan harapan dari Dinas Kepemudaan dan Keolahragaan Provinsi Jawa Timur. Simpulan dari evaluasi penerapan sistem akuntabilitas kinerja instansi pemerintah (SAKIP) pada Dinas Kepemudaan dan Keolahragaan Provinsi Jawa Timur merupakan penerapan yang telah sesuai dengan peraturan menteri pendayagunaan aparatur negara dan reformasi birokrasi republik indonesia nomor 53 tahun 2014 dan peraturan gubernur jawa timur nomor 20 tahun 2016. Kata Kunci : Evaluasi, Penerapan Sistem Akuntabilitas Kinerja Instansi Pemerintah

    Abstraction

    ABSTRACT Fajaria Khoirun Nisa, evaluation of the implementation of government agency performance accountability systems (SAKIP) at the East Java Provincial Youth and Sports Service. Under the guidance of Muhammad Syam Kusufi, S.E., M.Sc. The purpose of the evaluation of the implementation of the government agency performance accountability system (SAKIP) at the East Java Provincial Youth and Sports Service was to find out the evaluation of the implementation of the government agency performance accountability system (SAKIP) at the East Java Provincial Youth and Sports Service. The type of research used in this study is descriptive qualitative with data tringulation. Sources of data using primary data derived from the results of interviews with 4 informants, key informants came from important informants with Mr. Uwais Alqarni, SE and secondary data originating from literature or documents that existed in the East Java Province Youth and Sports Service. The results of this study are the implementation of the performance system of government agency accountability (SAKIP) which has no findings or revisions from the Bureau of Organization of the Regional Secretariat of East Java Province. And in accordance with the expectations of the Youth and Sports Service of East Java Province. The conclusions from the evaluation of the implementation of the government agency performance accountability system (SAKIP) in the East Java Provincial Youth and Sports Service are the implementation in accordance with the ministerial regulation on the utilization of state apparatus and bureaucratic reform of the Republic of Indonesia number 53 of 2014 and East Java governor regulation number 20 in 2016.
