ABSTRAK Siti Zakiyatus Sholehah, 170211200318. Pengaruh Internal Locus of Control terhadap Prestasi Kerja (Studi Pada Pendamping PKH Dinas Sosial Sampang). Dibawah bimbingan Ibu Dr. Hj. Iriani Ismail, Dra., MM. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan pengaruh internal locus of control terhadap prestasi kerja pendamping Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Sampang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dimana populasinya adalah seluruh pendamping PKH yang berjumlah 218 responden. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 69, untuk teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan Cluster Sampling, dan dianalisis dengan alat uji analisis regresi linier sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, ditemukan bahwa internal locus of control berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja pendamping PKH. Hal ini dapat dilihat pada nilai koefisien kolerasi sederhana R = 0,780. Artinya bahwa terdapat hubungan korelasi yang kuat antara variabel internal locus of control terhadap prestasi kerja pendamping Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Sampang, sisanya sebesar 0,22 dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak dibahas pada penelitian ini. Selanjutnya koefisien determinasi yang telah disesuaikan (Adjusted R Square) adalah sebesar 0,602. Artinya bahwa sebesar prestasi kerja pendamping dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel bebas yaitu internal locus of control sebesar 0,602, sedangkan sisanya yaitu sebesar 0,398 dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Iriani Ismail, Dra., MM. The purpose of this study is to determine whether the internal locus of control effect on PKH executor performance at Social Agency Sampang. This study uses a quantitative method that the population is all of the PKH executor a numer of 218 executors. The number of samples used are 69 respondents by cluster sampling, and used the simple linear regression analysis. Using analysis, the result showed that the internal locus of control has effect on performance of PKH executors. This can be seen that the simple correlation coefficient R is 0,780. It means that there is a strong correlation between the internal locus of control and performance, the remaining 0,22 is influenced by other factors not discussed in this study. Furthermore, the adjusted determination coefficient (Adjusted R Square) is 0,602. It means that the performance can be explained as 0,602 by the internal locus of control, and the remaining 0,398 is effected by other variables not examined in this study.
