Kedai kopi sampah merupakan salah satu usaha yg mencerminkan pemberdayaan masyarakat secara umum Kedai Kopi Sampah adalah nama sebuah Kedai Kopi yang berada di Kota Gresik, yang memunculkan model baru, untuk mendapatkan kopi yang sistem pembayarannya bisa menggunakan sampah. Kedai Kopi sampah yang terindikasi mencirikan memberdayakan masyarakat melalui program-program atau kegiatan-kegiatan didalam usahanya. Usaha kedai ini memiliki kriteria yang bagus untuk proses pemberdayaan masyarakat , usaha ini jika di tinjau dari sudut pandang ekonomi islam untuk masuk dalam konsep keadilan. Atas dasar inilah peneliti ingin mengetahui Model Pemberdayaan melalui Kedai Kopi Sampah ditinjau dari perspektif Ekonomi Islam. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini yaitu Untuk mengetahui Model Pemberdayaan Ekonomi Masyarakat melalui kedai kopi sampah di Gresik di tinjau dari perspektif ekonomi islam. Penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan upaya dan hasil yang dicapai dalam pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat melalui kedai kopi sampah, metode penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Tekhnik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Semua data dilihat validitas datanya dan dianalisis melalui proses reduksi data, penyajian data dan terakhir penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan diatas dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa penelitian diatas menunjukan upaya pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat melalui usaha kedai kopi sampah yang sudah sesuai dengan Prinsip-prinsip Ekonomi Islam. Dengan adanya pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui kedai kopi sampah ini dapat meningkatkan pendapatan ekonomi masyarakat. sebelum adanya usaha kedai kopi sampah ini mayoritas masyarakat menghandalkan dari hasil dagang sampahnya saja, hingga adanya kedai kopi sampah menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan bagi masyarakat sehingga meningkatkan penghasilan perekonomian masyarakat. Meningkatnya pendapatan pada pekerja harian dapat dilihat dari penghasilan yang diperolehnya. Dari penghasilan cukup untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dasar dan kebutuhan pokok. In general, junk coffee shop is the name of a city in Gresik city, which gave rise to a new model, to get coffee whose payment system can use garbage. junk coffee shops which are indicated to empower the community through programs or activities in their business. This tavern business has good criteria to empower people, this business if viewed from an Islamic economic point of view including the concept of justice. on this basis the researcher wants to know the empowerment model through the junk coffee shop from the perspective of Islamic economics. the objectives to be achieved in this study are to find out the model of community economic empowerment through garbage coffee shops in gresik in terms of an Islamic economic perspective. This research is to describe the efforts and results achieved in empowering the community's economy through the junk coffee shop, this research method uses descriptive qualitative. data collection techniques namely observation, interviews, and documentation. all data can be seen the validity of the data and analyzed through the process of data reduction, data presentation and finally conclusion drawing. The based on the results of the research and discussion above, it can be concluded that the above research shows the efforts to empower the community's economy through the junk coffee shop business that is in accordance with the Principles of Islamic Economics. With the community empowerment through this junk coffee shop, it can increase the community's economic income. Before the existence of this junk coffee shop business, the majority of the people relied on the results of their garbage trade, until the existence of junk coffee shops created jobs for the community, thereby increasing the economic income of the community.
