    ABSTRAK Peraturan Mahkamah Agung Nomor 1 Tahun 2019 Tentang Administrasi Perkara dan Persidangan di Pengadilan Secara Elektronik, membahas mengenai administrasi perkara secara elektronik serta persidangan secara elektronik dengan ini menunjukkan bahwa persidangan(e-litigasi)keseluruhan telah masuk dalam persidangan secara elektronik. Selain itu sesuai dengan Surat Keputusan Sekertaris Mahkamah Agung Republik Indonesia Nomor: 630/SEK/SK/VIII/2019 Tentang Penunjukan Pengadilan Percontohan Pelaksanaan Uji Coba Administrasi Perkara dan Persidangan Secara Elektronik Mahkamah Agung republik Indonesia telah menunjuk 6 Pengadilan Negeri, 4 Pengadilan Agama dan 3 Pengadilan Tata Usaha Negara (PTUN). Salah satu dari 4 Pengadilan Agama yang ditunjuk oleh Mahkamah Agung di Jawa Timur adalah Pengadilan Agama Surabaya.Karena itulah, peneliti tertarik untuk meneliti implementasi PERMA Nomor 1 Tahun 2019 dalam e-litigasi (Persidangan Elektronik) melalui e-court (Studi Kasus Pengadilan Agama Surabaya). Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menjawab pertanyaan: 1) Bagaimana implementasi e-litigasi (Persidangan Elektronik) melalui e-court di Pengadilan Agama Surabaya? dan 2) Bagaimana implementasi PERMA Nomor 1 Tahun 2019 dalam e-litigasi (Persidangan Elektronik) melalui e-court di Pengadilan Agama Surabaya? Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan jenis penelitian yuridis empiris yang bersifat deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan ada 2 yaitu sumber data primer dan sumber data sekunder. Sumber data primer diperoleh dari melakukan observasi dan wawancara secara langsung pada Pengadilan Agama Surabaya, sedangkan sumber data sekunder diperoleh dari buku-buku, jurnal dan artikel serta literatur yang berhubungan dengan objek penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini adalah bawasanya proses e-litigasi (Persidangan Elektronik) di Pengadilan Agama Surabaya secara keseluruhan telah sesuai dengan Peraturan Mahkamah Agung Nomor 1 Tahun 2019 tentang administrasi perkara dan persidangan di pengadilan secara elektronik dan Surat Keputusan Ketua Mahkamah Agung Republik Indonesia Nomor: 129/MA/SK/VIII/2019 tentang petunjuk teknis administrasi perkara dan persidangan di pengadilan secara elektronik. Namun masih terdapat kendala dalam persidangan pembuktian dibagian pemeriksaan saksi atau ahli secara jarak jauh melalui audio visual belum bisa dilaksanakan mengingat perlengkapan dan teknologi Pengadilan Agama Surabaya yang belum mewadahi yang saat ini masih dalam proses perkembangan.     Abstraction

    ABSTRACT Supreme Court Regulation No. 1 of 2019 Regarding the Case Administration and Trials in Electronic Court, discussing the administration of electronic cases as well as electronic trials hereby showing that the entire trial (e-litigation) has entered into electronic trials. Moreover, in accordance with the Decree of the Secretary of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia Number: 630 / SEK / SK / VIII / 2019 Regarding the Appointment of Pilot Courts for the Trial Implementation of Case Administration and Electronic Trials, the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia has appointed 6 District Courts, 4 Religious Courts and 3 State Administrative Courts (PTUN). One of the 4 Religious Courts appointed by the Supreme Court in East Java is the Surabaya Religious Court. Therefore, the writer is interested in analyzing the implementation of PERMA No. 1 of 2019 in e-litigation (Electronic Trials) through e-court (Case Study of the Surabaya Religious Court ). This study has an objective to answer the questions: 1) How is the implementation of e-litigation (Electronic Trials) through e-court in the Surabaya Religious Court? and 2) How is the implementation of PERMA Number 1 of 2019 in e-litigation (Electronic Trials) through e-court in the Surabaya Religious Court? This study uses a qualitative research method using field research approach with type of empirical descriptive qualitative research. There are 2 data sources used, namely primary data sources and secondary data sources. Primary data sources are obtained from direct observations and interviews at the Surabaya Religious Court, while secondary data sources are obtained from books, journals and articles as well as literature relating to the object of the study. The results of this study are that the e-litigation process (Electronic Court) in the Surabaya Religious Court as a whole is in accordance with the Supreme Court Regulation No. 1 of 2019 regarding the case administration and trials in electronic court and the Decree of the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia Number: 129 / MA / SK / VIII / 2019 regarding technical instructions for case administration and trials in electronic court. However, there are still obstacles in the evidentiary trial in the examination section of witnesses or experts remotely through audio visual, which cannot be carried out considering that the equipment and technology of the Surabaya Religious Court cannot accommodate it yet and is currently still in the process of development.
