Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persentase dan faktor yang menyebabkan peserta didik kelas VIII di SMPN 1 Bangkalan mengalami miskonsepsi pada materi sistem pencernaan manusia. Penelitian menggunakan desain mix methods. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 30 peserta didik. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan berupa four tier diagnostic test yang dibuat melalui google form. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan persentase peserta didik yang mengalami miskonsepsi pada materi sistem pencernaan manusia sebesar 37%, paham konsep 15%, tidak paham konsep 36%, dan eror 12%. The study aims to determine the percentage and factors that cause grade VIII students at SMPN 1 Bangkalan to experience misconceptions on the material of the human digestive system. This research uses mix methods design. Sampling was done using a purposive sampling technique, so that a sample of 30 students was obtained. The research instrument used was a four tier diagnostic test made through google form. The results showed the percentage of students experiencing misconceptions on the material of the human digestive system by 37%, understanding the concept of 15%, not understanding the concept of 36%, and error 12%.
