Penilaian merupakan proses memperoleh, mensintesis dan menginterpretasikan informasi melalui tes yang berperan penting dalam meningkatkan pembelajaran, Untuk itu diperlukan tes yang berkualitas.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kualitas butir soal Penilaian Akhir Semester ganjil berdasarkan domain kognitif taksonomi Bloom revisi dan aspek validitas, reliabilitas, daya pembeda, tingkat kesukaran soal dan efektivitas pengecoh. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif menggunakan mix design yang bersifat dominant less dominant. Sampel yang digunakan 2 kelas dengan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar soal, jawaban siswa, pengelompokan taksonomi Bloom revisi dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data dilakukan berdasarkan hasil pengelompokan taksonomi Bloom revisi dan aspek validitas, reliabilitas, daya pembeda, tingkat kesukaran dan efektivitas pengecoh menggunakan program Iteman Versi 3.00. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas butir soal PAS ganjil (1) dominan berada pada ranah kognitif pengaplikasian (C3) sebanyak 15 soal, (2) dikategorikan pada ranah pengetahuan (C1) sebanyak 5 soal, (3) dikategorikan pada ranah pemahaman (C2) sebanyak 12 soal dan (4) dikategorikan pada ranah analisis (C4) sebanyak 8 soal. Assessment is the process of obtaining, synthesizing, and interpreting information through tests that play an essential role in improving learning. Therefore a quality test is needed. The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of the first-semester final assessment items based on Bloom’s revised cognitive taxonomy domain and the aspects of validity, reliability, distinguishing features, level of question difficulty, and the effectiveness of deceivers. Type of research is descriptive qualitative using a mix design that is dominant less dominant. Until use two classes by purposive sampling technique. The instruments used were student question and answer sheets, Bloom’s revised taxonomic grouping sheet, and interview sheets. The data analysis technique based on the results of Bloom’s improved taxonomic. The results of this study indicate that the quality of first PAS items (1) is dominant in the cognitive realm of application of 15 questions (C3), (2) categorized in the domain of knowledge(C1) as many 5 questions, (3) categorized in the domain of understanding (C2) as many12 questions, and (4) categorized in the domain of analysis (C4) as many 8 question.
