    Abstraksi

    ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis kesulitan belajar peserta didik kelas XI TKJ yang memiliki tipe kepribadian ekstrovert dan introvert pada mata pelajaran produktif, materi subnetting di SMK Ifadah, Sukolilo Timur Labang-Bangkalan. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 2 peserta didik yang memiliki tipe kepribadian ekstrovert dan 2 peserta didik yang memiliki tipe kepribadian introvert dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling sebagai teknik pengambilan sampel/subjek penelitian. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dan dokumentasi secara daring. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa peserta didik kelas XI TKJ SMK Ifadah mengalami kesulitan belajar dalam memahami materi subnetting. Peserta didik dengan tipe kepribadian ekstrovert cenderung memiliki tingkat kesulitan belajar sedang, dan peserta didik dengan tipe kepribadian introvert cenderung memiliki tingkat kesulitan belajar tinggi dalam memahami dengan baik materi subnetting. Adapun faktor yang menyebabkan peserta didik mengalami kesulitan belajar, intelegensi/kemampuan berfikir, lingkungan keluarga/orang tua, metode mengajar guru, dan sarana/kondisi gedung. Kata-kata Kunci: Kesulitan Belajar, Kepribadian Siswa, Materi Subnetting.

    Abstraction

    ABSTRACT The Research aims to know and analyze the learning difficulties of class XI TKJ students who who have extroverted and introverted personality types in productive subjects, subnetting theory at SMK Ifadah, Sukolilo Timur, Labang-Bangkalan. This study uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The subjects in this study were 2 (two) students who had extrovert personality types and 2 (two) students who had introverted personality types using purposive sampling techniques as a sampling technique / research subjects. Data collection in done by interviewing and documenting online. The results of the research carried out showed that students of class XI TKJ SMK Ifadah had difficulty learning in understanding subnetting theory. Students with extroverted personality types tend to have high levels of learning difficulties in properly understanding subnetting theory. The factors that cause students to experience learning in understanding subnetting theory. Students with extroverted personality types tend to have moderate levels of learning difficulties, and students with introverted personality types tend to have high levels of learning difficulties in properly understanding subnetting theory. The factors that caude students to experience learning difficulties, intelleigence / ability to think, family / parent environment, teacher method learning, and facilities / condition of the building.
