ABSTRAK Ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi berkembang pesat sehingga kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia perlu di tingkatkan. Peningkatan kualitas SDM dilakukan melalui jalur pendidikan. Pada pelajaran sistem komputer khususnya di sekolah SMKS Al-Hikam siswa harus memahami konsep-konsep dasar pada setiap pokok bahasan. Oleh karena, itu guru dituntut membuat perangkat pembelajaran lebih menarik sehingga memotivasi siswa terlibat aktif dalam proses pembelajaran. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan perangkat pembelajaran model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe scramble pada mata pelajaran sistem komputer yang meliputi: Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP), Lembar Kerja Kelompok (LKK), dan Tes Hasil Belajar (THB). Dengan demikian siswa dapat belajar mandiri dengan menggunakan perangkat pembelajaran yang telah disediakan oleh guru. Metode ini adalah metode penelitian pengembangan. Hasil penelitian berupa perangkat pembelajaran yang terdiri dari RPP, LKK, dan THB yang telah divalidasi oleh ahli isi materi dan ahli perangkat pembelajaran. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian validator baik dari ahli materi dan ahli perangkat pembelajaran hasil presentase penilaian kevalidan dari ahli dosen dan ahli guru untuk perangkat pembelajaran RPP mendapatkan nilai 87% dengan keterangan “sangat valid”, untuk LKK mendapatkan nilai 89% dengan keterangan “sangat valid”, untuk THB mendapatkan nilai 93% dengan keterangan “sangat valid”. Dalam penilaian ahli serta dari penilaian siswa dan guru mata pelajaran sistem komputer juga menyatakan bahwa perangkat pembelajaran praktis untuk digunakan dan untuk nilai keefektifan tidak terlaksana karena adanya pandemi covid-19. ABSTRACT Science and technology are developing rapidly so that the quality of Human Resources needs to be improved. Improving the quality of human resources is done through education. In computer system lessons, especially in Al-Hikam SMKS school students must understand the basic concepts on each subject. Therefore, teachers are required to make learning tools more attractive so that they motivate students to be actively involved in the learning process. This research aims to develop a scramble type cooperative learning model in computer system subjects which includes: Learning Implementation Plan (RPP), Group Worksheet (LKK), and Learning Outcomes Test (THB). Thus students can learn independently by using learning tools provided by the teacher. This method is a research development method. The results of the study in the form of learning tools consisting of lesson plans, LKK, and THB which have been validated by the content experts and learning device experts. Based on the results of the validator's research both from the material expert and the learning device expert the results of the validation assessment percentage from the lecturer and teacher expert for RPP learning tools get a value of 87% with the information "very valid", for LKK getting a value of 89% with the information "very valid", THB received a 93% value with the statement "very valid". In the expert assessment as well as from the assessment of students and teachers of computer system subjects also stated that practical learning tools to be used and for the value of effectiveness were not implemented because of the covid-19 pandemic.
