    Abstraksi

    Abstrak: Skripsi dengan judul “Efektivitas Penerapan Metode Sugesti-Imajinasi Berbantuan Media Lagu dalam Kemampuan Menulis Puisi Bertema Sosial pada Siswa Kelas X SMAN 3 Lamongan” ini dilatar belakangi oleh proses imajinasi siswa yang kurang kreatif dalam menulis puisi dan peran guru dalam pengajaran menulis terkadang masih terlalu kaku. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) Untuk mengetahui efektivitas metode sugesti-imajinasi berbantuan media lagu dalam kemampuan menulis puisi bertema sosial pada siswa kelas X SMAN 3 Lamongan, (2) Untuk mengetahui hasil kemampuan menulis puisi bertema sosial dengan penerapan metode sugesti-imajinasi berbantuan lagu dalam kemampuan menulis puisi bertema sosial pada siswa kelas X SMAN 3 Lamongan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif model eksperimen menggunakan desain Quasi Experimental Design dengan bentuk Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan memberikan tes awal (pretest), kemudian diberi perlakuan (treatment) dengan menerapkan metode sugesti-imajinasi berbantuan media lagu dengan pendekatan ilmiah scientific, dan selanjutnya diberikan tes akhir (posttest) pada akhir pembelajaran di kelas eksperimen. Hasil penelitian adalah (1) penerapan metode sugesti-imajinasi berbantuan media lagu efektif digunakan pada kemampuan menulis puisi bertema sosial pada siswa kelas X SMAN 3 Lamongan, dengan hasil uji hipotesis (uji-t) menggunakan taraf signifikan 0,05 diperoleh hasil thitung 7,168 > ttabel 2,011 yang berarti H? ditolak dan Ha diterima. (2) hasil kemampuan menulis siswa menunjukkan adanya kenaikan yang signifikan pada nilai rata-rata pretest dan posttest. Dari rata-rata 64,88 dengan ketuntasan 48% menjadi 85 dengan ketuntasan 100% %, setelah diterapkan metode sugesti-imajinasi berbantuan lagu. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut terbukti bahwa hasil belajar dengan penerapan metode sugesti-imajinasi berbantuan media lagu dalam kemampuan menulis puisi bertema sosial terhadap siswa kelas X SMAN 3 Lamongan lebih tinggi.     Abstraction

    Abstract: This thesis with the title “The Effectiveness of the Application of Suggestion-Imagination Method Assisted by Song Media in the Ability of Writing Social-Themed Poetry in 10th grade Students of SMAN 3 Lamongan” is backgrounded by the process of students’ imagination who are less creative in writing poetry and the techer’s role in writing teaching is sometimes too rigid. The purposes of this study are (1) To find out the effectiveness of suggestion-imagination method assisted by song media in the ability of writing social-themed poetry in 10th grade students of SMAN 3 Lamongan, (2) To find out the results of the ability of writing social-themed poetry by applying suggestion-imagination method assisted by song media in the ability of writing social-themed poetry in 10th grade students of SMAN 3 Lamongan. This study is a quantitative research experimental model using Quasi Experimental Design with the form of Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Data collection techniques are carried out by giving a pre-test (pretest), then being treated (treatment) by applying the suggestion-imagination method assisted by song media with a scientific approach, and then being given a final test (posttest) at the end of learning in the experimental class. The results of the study are (1) the application of the suggestion-imagination method assisted by song media is effectively used on the ability of writing social-themed poetry in 10th grade students of SMAN 3 Lamongan, with the results of hypothesis testing (t-test) using a significance level of 0.05, the result of tcount is 7.168 > ttable 2,011 which means that H? was rejected and Ha was accepted. (2) The results of students' writing ability showed a significant increase in the average scores of pretest and posttest. From an average of 64.88 with 48% completeness to 85 with 100% completeness, after applying suggestion-imagination method assisted by song media. Based on those results, those are evident that the learning outcomes by applying the suggestion-imagination method assisted by song media in the ability of writing social-themed poetry to the 10th grade students of SMAN 3 Lamongan are higher.
