Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Ensiklopedia Anak “Sumber Energiku” Berbasis Lift The Flap Book Tema 9 Kayanya Negeriku Kelas IV UPTD SDN Waru I Sidoarjo yang valid, menarik, dan efektif. Rancangan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan atau Research and Development (R & D) dengan desain model 4D. Tahap uji dilakukan sampai uji coba terbatas dikarenakan pandemic Covid-19. Subjek penelitian adalah para ahli, siswa, dan guru kelas IV SDN Waru I. Metode pengumpulan data digunakan tes, angket, dan observasi. Analisis datanya menggunakan analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan, hasil rata-rata validasi para ahli 81,75% (valid), dan tes keterbacaan siswa 85% (valid). Kemenarikan Ensiklopedia ditinjau dari respon siswa dalam uji coba terbatas 93% (menarik). Keefektifan Ensiklopedia Anak Berbasis Lift The Flap Book ditinjau dari aktivitas guru dalam uji coba terbatas 92% (aktif), aktivitas siswa dalam uji coba terbatas 85% (aktif), dan hasil belajar secara klasikal dalam uji coba terbatas 100% (sangat efektif). Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ensiklopedia Anak “Sumber Energiku” Berbasis Lift The Flap Book dapat dikatakan valid, menarik, dan efektif pada pembelajaran Tema 9 Kayanya Negeriku Kelas IV UPTD SDN Waru I Sidoarjo. AbstractionThe study aims to Development a "the source of my energy" child encyclopedia based on lift the flap book Theme 9 seems my country in grade IV UPTD SDN Waru I Sidoarjo a valid, attractive, and effective environment. The design in the study was research and Development (R & D) with the design of the model 4D. testing is carried out until limited trials because of the Covid-19 pandemic. The subject of research is the experts, students, and teachers of class IV SDN Waru I. Data collection methods are used for tests, questionnaires, and observations. Data analysis uses qualitative and quantitative analysis. Based on research conducted, the average result of validation of experts was 81,75% (valid), and the student readability test was 85% (valid). A encyclopedia is reviewed from the student's response in a limited trials of 93% (very interesting). Child encyclopedia based on lift the flap book effectiveness is reviewed from teacher activity in limited trials 92% (active), student activity in limited trials 85% (active), and the results of learning in a limited trials 100% (very effective). So it can be concluded that "the source of my energy" child encyclopedia based on lift the flap book can be said to be valid, attractive, and effective in learning Theme 9 seems my country in grade IV UPTD SDN Waru I Sidoarjo, Keywords: development, encyclopedia, 4D model
