    Abstraksi

    Pengembangan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh keterbatasan jenis media pembelajaran yang digunakan oleh guru dalam membantu proses pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian pengembangan ini adalah untuk mengetahu kevalidan media Pop Up Book, keefektifan media Pop Up Book, dan kemenarikan media Pop Up Book. Pengembangan ini menggunakan model 4D (Define, Design, Development, Desseminate) tanpa dilakukan tahap dessiminate/penyebarluasan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SDN Tluwe pada kelas IV. Berdasarkan hasil validasi para ahli didapatkan hasil presentase sebegai berikut: ahli media pembelajaran 92,5% (sangat valid), ahli materi 77,5% (sangat valid), ahli desain pembelajaran 87,5% (sangat valid), dan ahli bahasa 87,5% (sangat valid). Keefektifan media Pop Up Book tema 6 cita-citaku dilihat dari ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa yang dinyatakan tuntas secara klasikal dengan 100% siswa dinyatakan tuntas secara individual. Hasil kemenarikan media diukur dari hasil angket respon siswa pada saat uji coba terbatas di peroleh presentase 88,33% (sangat menarik). Media Pop Up Book memperoleh respon sangat baik dari siswa dengan skor rata-rata 89,375%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka media pembelajaran Pop Up Book dikatakan valid, efektif, dan menarik jika digunakan pada tema 6 subtema 1 pembelajaran 3 kelas IV SDN Tluwe.

    Abstraction

    This development was motivated by the limitations on type of learning media used by teachers in assisting the learning process. The purpose of this development research was to find out the validity of the Pop Up Book media, the effectiveness of the Pop Up Book media, and the attractiveness of the Pop Up Book media. This development used the 4D model (Define, Design, Development, and Disseminate) without dissemination stage. This research was conducted at SDN Tluwe in class IV. Based on the validation results the experts obtained the following percentage results: instructional media experts 92.5% (very valid), material experts 77,5% (very valid), learning design experts 87.5% (very valid), and linguists 87.5 % (very valid). The effectiveness of the Pop Up Book media theme 6 of “My Ambition” was seen from the completeness of student learning outcomes which declared to be classically complete with 100% of students declared complete individually. The results of the attractiveness of the media were measured from the results of the questionnaire responses of students at the time of the limited trial obtained a percentage of 88.33% (very interesting). Media Pop Up Book received a very good response from students with an average score of 89.375%. Based on the results of the study, the Pop Up Book learning media was stated to be valid, effective, and interesting if it is used on the theme of 6 subthemes 1 learning 3 grade IV SDN Tluwe.
