Berita merupakan pesan atau informasi hasil dari proses konstruksi yang diyakini kebenarannya oleh media. Dalam mengikuti arus digitalisasi, media pun mengalami konvergensi dengan memanfaatkan layanan internet secara online. Framing berita yaitu pemilihan fakta dalam sebuah peristiwa yang dinilai penting disajikan dan dipikirkan pembaca dengan tujuan untuk membingkai sebuah informasi agar melahirkan makna atau kesan tertentu yang diinginkan media, atas wacana yang akan ditangkap oleh khalayak. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan analisis framing. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi terhadap naskah berita online CNNIndonesia.com dan Detik.com mengenai Revisi Undang-Undang KPK edisi bulan September 2019. Rumusan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana CNNIndonesia.com dan Detik.com mengkonstruksi dalam pemberitaan revisi undang-undang KPK menggunakan analisis framing. Maka, tujuan penulis melakukan penelitian ini adalah menjelaskan bagaimana CNNIndonesia.com dan Detik.com mengkonstruksi dalam pemberitaan revisi undang-undang KPK menurut analisis framing. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukka Detik.com lebih banyak memproduksi berita mengenai Revisi Undang-Undang KPK 2019 dengan isi tidak “berat” sebelah sehingga memberikan keleluasaan persepsi bagi pembaca. Sedangkan CNNIndonesia.com dengan jumlah produksi berita yang lebih sedikit, cenderung memiliki sikap kontra atau penolakan terhadap Revisi Undang-Undang KPK 2019. Hal ini bisa dilihat dari judul berita dan isi berita dimana sebagian besar berita memiliki poin-poin yang menunjukkan bahwa Revisi Undang-Undang KPK 2019 berpotensi melemahkan lembaga KPK. News is a message or information on the results of the construction process which is conveyed its truth by the media. In following the flow of digitalization, the media also experienced convergence by utilizing online internet services. Framing the news about the selection of facts in a discussion that is presented is important to be presented and thought out of the reader with the aim of framing an information in order to gather meaning or attract the particular attention desired by the media, for the discourse to be taken by the public. This research is a qualitative research with framing analysis method. CNNIndonesia.com and Detik.com regarding the Revision of the KPK Law September 2019 edition. The formulation of this study is to learn how to discuss CNNIndonesia.com and Detik.com constructing for reporting Revision of the KPK Law using framing analysis. So, the aim of the authors to conduct this research is to explain how CNNIndonesia.com and Detik.com construct in reporting the revision of the KPK law based on framing analysis. The results of this study indicate that Detik.com produces more news about the 2019 KPK Law Revision with content that is not “one-sided”so that it gives freedom to assess perceptions for readers. While CNNIndonesia.com with a smaller number of news production, tends to have a counter attitude or rejections to the Revision of the 2019 KPK Law. This can be seen from the headline and news content where most of the news has points that indicate the Revision of The 2019 KPK Law has the potential to weaken KPK.
