Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur seberapa besar faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja supply chain management perusahaan dengan studi kasus di PT. Petrokimia Gresik. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner sebagai media dalam pengumpulan data yang kemudian diolah datanya dengan analisis regresi linier berganda menggunakan software penunjang IBM SPSS Statistics 24. Empat variabel yang terdiri dari information sharing, long term relationship, cooperation, dan process integration dinilai mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja supply chain management perusahaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa cooperation berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja supply chain management di PT. Petrokimia Gresik, sedangkan information sharing, long term relationship, dan process integration tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja supply chain management di PT. Petrokimia Gresik. Dalam penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh besar terhadap kinerja supply chain management perusahaan adalah kerja sama. Untuk meningkatkan kinerja supply chain management perusahaan, PT. Petrokimia Gresik perlu mengoptimalkan kerja sama dengan partner bisnis. This study aims to measure how much the factors that influence the performance of the company's supply chain management with a case study at PT. Petrokimia Gresik. This study uses a questionnaire as a medium in collecting data which is then processed by multiple linear regression analysis using supporting software IBM SPSS Statistics 24. Four variables consisting of information sharing, long term relationship, cooperation, and process integration are considered to have an influence on supply chain performance company management. The results of this study indicate that cooperation has a significant effect on the performance of supply chain management at PT. Petrokimia Gresik, while information sharing, long term relationship, and process integration have no significant effect on supply chain management performance at PT. Petrokimia Gresik. In this study it can be concluded that the factors that have a big influence on the performance of the company's supply chain management are cooperation. To improve the performance of the company's supply chain management, PT. Petrokimia Gresik needs to optimize cooperation with business partners.
