Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dimana lokasi pengelompokkan tani garam di Kabupaten Sumenep. Terdapat sebanyak 155 Kelompok Usaha Garam Rakyat KUGAR dikabupaten sumenep yang tersebar hingga ke pulau pulau kecil. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah akhirnya sejumlah 155 KUGAR dikelompokkan pada satu titik pada koordinat (-7.06709;113.881167) yang beralamat di Dsn Pinggirpapas, Ds Pinggir Papas, Kalianget, Kabupaten Sumenep, Jawa Timur dengan alat transportasi berupa truk kapasitas 20 ton memerlukan total biaya transportasi sebesar Rp.111,320,19,799 dihitung dengan menggunakan metote center of gravity dimana metode ini merupakan pengembangan dari sebuah strategi manajemen rantai pasok untuk menentukan lokasi dari suatu fasilitas seperti gudang distribusi, pabrik, atau fasilitas lainya dengan memberikan jarak terpendek terhadap keseluruhan pusat zona yang harus dipasok.

This study aims to determine where the location of the salt farmer grouping is in Sumenep Regency. There are 155 KUGAR People's Salt Business Groups in Sumenep Regency which are spread to small islands. The results of this study are finally a number of 155 KUGAR are grouped at one point in the coordinates (-7.06709; 113.881167) which is located at Dsn Pinggirpapas, Dskirir Papas, Kalianget, Sumenep Regency, East Java with transportation equipment in the form of a 20 ton capacity truck which requires a total transportation cost Rp.111,320,19,799 is calculated using the metote center of gravity where this method is the development of a supply chain management strategy to determine the location of a facility such as a distribution warehouse, factory, or other facility by providing the shortest distance to the entire center zone that must be supplied .
