Perusahaan penting untuk melakukan pengukuran produktivitas agar dapat menunjukkan perbandingan rasio antara besar keluaran yang dihasilkan dari setiap masukan yang digunakan. Produktivitas merupakan salah satu aspek yang menentukan keberhasilan suatu perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengkaji pengukuran pada produktivitas yang telah dilakukan di PT. Suntory Sidoarjo dengan menggunakan metode FTE (Full Time Equivalent) serta membandingkan hasil pengukuran dengan real literatur karena perusahaan tidak melakukan pengukuran sesuai dengan prinsip FTE yaitu tidak menghitung indeks FTE dan tidak mengkategorikan beban kerja yang dialami karyawan dalam bekerja. Hasil penelitian Indeks FTE tertinggi terdapat pada bulan Februari 2019 yaitu 1,11 dengan volume produksi sebesar 323.000 karton dan nilai FTE(Employee) sebanyak 147 karyawan serta indeks FTE terendah terdapat pada bulan Juni 2019 yaitu 0,91 dengan volume produksi sebesar 260.000 karton dengan nilai FTE(Employee) sebanyak 112 karyawan. Rata-rata produktivitas PT. Suntory Sidoarjo normal/idealnya jika nilai produktivitasnya sebesar ? 2.000 karton/ FTE(Employee). Faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat produktivitas karyawan PT. Suntory Sidoarjo adalah lingkungan kerja. Apabila indeks FTE sudah termasuk kategori fit/normal maka perusahaan tidak perlu melakukan penambahan atau pengurangan karyawan lagi sehingga dapat membantu perusahaan karena dapat meminimasi pengeluaran biaya untuk costing karyawan.

The company is very important to take productivity measurements to show the ratio of output production from each input used. Productivity is one aspect that determines the company. The purpose of this research is to study the measurements of productivity that already used in PT. Suntory Sidoarjo by using the FTE method (Full Time Equivalent) from October 2018 - October 2019 and compare the measurement results with real literature because the company does not take measurements with the FTE principle that is not calculate the FTE index and not categorize the workload of employees while working. The highest FTE index results showed in February 2019 is 1.11 with a production volume of 323.000 cartons and a FTE value (Employee) of 147 employees and the lowest FTE index in June 2019 is 0.91 with a production volume of 260.000 cartons and a value FTE (Employee) of 112 employees. The average productivity in PT. Suntory Sidoarjo is normal/ideal if the productivity value is ? 2.000 cartons/FTE (Employee), which is happend because of the imbalance in production volume with FTE employee. Factor affect the level of employee productivity in PT. Suntory Sidoarjo is a work environment. If the FTE index is fit/normal categorize, the company does not need to add or reduce the employees and that it can help the company to minimize the cost of employees.
