    Abstraksi

    Lailatul Fitri, S.E, Pengaruh Board Diversity dan Pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) pada Perusahaan Manufaktur di BEI Tahun 2013-2017. Di bawah bimbingan Dr. Chairul Anam, Drs.Ec., M.Kes dan Dr. Ir. Nurita Andriani, M.M Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh keberadaan wanita dalam dewan direksi, latar belakang pendidikan di bidang ekonomi dan bisnis dewan direksi, kewarganegaraan asing dalam direksi terhadap pengungkapan corporate social responsibility. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode regresi linear berganda. Sampel penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang listing di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode tahun 2013-2017. Metode yang digunakan untuk menentukan sampel adalah purposive sampling. Data penelitian ini dapat diperoleh dari data sekunder yakni laporan tahunan perusahaan yang telah dipublish. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keberadaan wanita dalam dewan direksi, latar belakang pendidikan di bidang ekonomi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengungkapan corporate social responsibility sedangkan kewarganegaraan asing dalam direksi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengungkapan corporate social responsibility. Pengujian variabel kontrol menunjukkan bahwa ukuran perusahaan, profitabilitas berpengaruh sedangkan laverage tidak berpengaruh pengungkapan corporate social responsibility.     Lailatul Fitri, S.E, The Effect of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Board Diversity and Disclosure (Study of Manufacturing Companies on the Stock Exchange 2013-2017). Under the guidance of Dr. Chairul Anam, Drs.Ec., M.Kes and Dr. Ir. Nurita Andriani, M.M. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the presence of women in the board of directors, educational background in the field of economics and business of the board of directors, foreign citizenship in the board of directors on disclosure of corporate social responsibility. This study used quantitative methods using multiple linear regression methods. The sample of this study is a manufacturing company listing on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2013-2017 period. The method used to determine the sample is purposive sampling. This research data can be obtained from secondary data, namely the company's annual report that has been published. The results showed that the presence of women in the board of directors, educational background in the economic field had no significant effect on the disclosure of corporate social responsibility while foreign citizenship in the directors had a significant effect on the disclosure of corporate social responsibility. Testing of control variables shows that the size of the company, profitability influences while laverage does not affect the disclosure of corporate social responsibility.
