    Salah satu kegiatan muamalah yaitu salah satunya adalah produksi yang dilakukan oleh pengusaha petis udang, diantaranya usaha petis udang yang ada di Dusun Kauman Desa Socah-Bangkalan. Usaha petis udang yang ada di Dsn Kauman tidak menerapkan UU Perlindungan Konsumen dan UU Jaminan Produk Halal. Karena itu peneliti tertarik untuk menganalisis bagaimana tinjauan UU Perlindungan Konsumen dan UU No. 33 tahun 2014 tentang Jaminan Produk Halal terhadap produksi petis udang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjawab pertanyaan: 1) Bagaimana produksi petis udang di Dsn. Kauman, Ds. SocahBangkalan. 2) bagaimana tinjauan UU Perlindungan Konsumen dan UU No. 33 tahun 2014 tentang Jaminan Produk Halal terhadap produksi petis udang di Dsn. Kauman, Ds. Socah-Bangkalan. Metode penelitian yang akan digunakan penulis adalah jenis penelitian yang digunakan peneliti adalah penelitian lapangan (field). Peneliti juga menggunakan sifat penelitian deskriptif dan menggunakan pendekatan yuridis empiris. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: 1) dalam produksi petis udang di dilakukan dengan cara melihat proses produksi yang dilakukan mulai dari bahan, biaya produksi dan keuntungan. 2) berdasarka tinjauan UU Perlindungan Konsumen dan UU Jaminan Produk Halal yang di dapat di Dsn. Kauman bahwa dalam memproduksi petis udang, produsen masih belum menerapkan UU Perlindungan Konsumen dan UU Jaminan Produk Halal yang telah berlaku di Indonesia. Kata kunci: produksi, UUPK, UUJPH

    Abstraction

    One of the muamalah activities is one of which is the production carried out by shrimp farmers, while the shrimp paste business is in Dsn. Kauman Ds. Socah-Bangkalan. The shrimp paste business in Kauman Socah village District does not implement the Consumer Protection Law and Halal Product Guarantee Law. Therefore the researcher is interested in analyzing how the Consumer Protection Law reviews and Law No. 33 of 2014 concerning Guaranteed Halal Products for the production of shrimp paste. This study aims to answer the questions: 1) What is the production of shrimp paste in Dsn. Kauman, Ds. SocahBangkalan. 2) how is the review of the Consumer Protection Act and Law No. 33 of 2014 concerning Guaranteed Halal Products for the production of shrimp paste in Dsn. Kauman, Ds. Socah-Bangkalan. The research method that will be used by the author is the type of research used by researchers is field research (field). The researcher also uses the nature of descriptive research and uses an empirical and comparative juridical approach; The results of this research are: 1) in the production of shrimp paste made by looking at the production process carried out starting from the material, production costs and profits. 2) based on a review of the Consumer Protection Act and the Halal Product Guarantee Law obtained in the District. It is said that in producing shrimp paste, producers still have not implemented the Consumer Protection Law and the Halal Product Guarantee Law that has been applied in Indonesia.
