    Abstraksi

    Skripsi Tinjauan Hukum Islam Terhadap Penerapan Goyang Shopee pada Aplikasi Jual beli Online Shopee studi kasus di kalangan Mahasiswa Universitas Trunojoyo Madura.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, dengan jenis penelitian lapangan, yang mana bersifat deskriptif analisis. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa perolehan koin yang didapatkan dari goyang Shopee terdapat unsur maysir karena pada goyang shopee koin didapatkan tanpa adanya kerja keras dan pembagian koin tersebut dibagikan secara otomatis, namun pertukaran koin Shopee tersebut diperbolehkan dalam Islam, koin tersebut dijadikan sebagai alat tukar. Dalam Islam alat tukar tidak harus berupa uang namun berupa sesuatu yang diangap bernilai. Kata kunci: Koin Shopee, Goyang Shopee, Pertukaran, dan Hukum Islam.

    Abstraction

    Thesis review of Islamic law towards Shopee shake applications. In the Shopee Online Sale application, this study among Students in University of Trunojoyo Madura. This study uses qualitative research for the type of field research which is descriptive analysis by describing events that occur in the field. The results of this study conclude that the acquisition of coins obtained from Shopee shake is an element of maysir because the shopee coin shake is obtained without any hard work and the coin distribution is shared automatically. But the exchange of Shopee coins is permissible in Islam, these coins are used as a medium of exchange. In Islam the exchange tool does not have to be in the form of money but in the form of something that is considered valuable. Keywords: Shopee Coins, Shopee Shake, Exchange, and Islamic Law.
