ABSTRAK Pendidik professional memiliki keempat kompetensi salah satunya kompetensi sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran pola kompetensi sosial guru PAUD pada pelaksanaan sistem full day school di lingkup pesantren. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Analisis data dilakukan melalui tiga tahapan, data reduction, data display, data conclusions. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan observasi terus terang atau tersamar, wawancara semiterstruktur dan dokumentasi. Subyek penelitian ini berjumlah 3 orang guru yang 2 berasal dari suku Madura dan 1 dari suku Jawa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1). Guru bersikap objektif saat pembelajaran menggunakan metode bernyanyi dan bermain 2). Komunikasi antar teman seprofesi dipengaruhi oleh karakter individu dan komunikasi dengan wali murid dipengaruhi oleh pengalaman kerja dan latar pendidikan 3). Kemampuan menyesuaikan diri di tempat bertugas sebagian besar dikarenakan asal daerah guru yang sama dengan tempat bertugas. 4). Keaktifan dalam komunitas seprofesi masih sangat minim, kurangnya informasi dan organisasi lembaga yang baru beroperasional. Kata Kunci : Kompetensi Sosial Guru PAUD, Full Day School.

ABSTRACT Professional educators have four competencies, one of which is social competence. This study aims to describe the pattern of PAUD teachers' social competence in the implementation of a full day school system in the scope of boarding schools. This study uses a qualitative approach with a type of descriptive research. Data analysis is done through three stages, data reduction, data display, data conclusions. Data collection techniques in this study used candid or disguised observation, semi-structured interviews and documentation. The subjects of this study amounted to 3 teachers who 2 came from the Madurese and 1 from the Javanese. The results of this study indicate that 1). The teacher is objective when learning using the singing and playing method 2). Communication between friends is influenced by individual character and communication with student guardians is influenced by work experience and educational background 3). The ability to adjust to the place of duty is largely due to the origin of the same teacher area as the place of duty. 4). Activity in the professional community is still very minimal, the lack of information and new organizational organizations is operational. Keywords: PAUD Teacher's Social Competence, Full Day School.
