Penelitian tentang Pengembangan Buku Ajar IPA Berintegrasu Ayat-Ayat Al-Qur’an Pada Materi Sistem Reproduksi Manusia. Jenis penelitian berupa produk dalam bentuk buku ajar dengan menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE. Sampel penelitian yaitu 10 siswa kelas IX MTs Nurul-Amanah Trageh Bangkalan dengan teknik membagikan buku ajar dan angket kepada siswa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan menunjukkan bahwa media berupa buku ajar layak untuk digunakan dengan perolehan sekor 85% untuk Validitas dan 100% untuk Reliabilitas. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa buku ajar IPA berintegrasi Ayat-Ayat Al-Qur’an pada materi sistem reproduksi manusia layak untuk digunakan dan mampu menambahkan nilai spiritual terhadap siswa. Untuk skor keterbacaan siswa terhadap buku ajar memperoleh skor 84,59% dengan kategori sangat baik, dan untuk skor respon siswa terhadap buku ajar memperoleh skor 85,79%. Research on the development of IPA teaching books integrates Qur’anic verses on human reproductive system material. Type of research the form of products in the form of textbooks using the ADDIE development model. The research sample was 10 students of class IX MTs Nurul-Amanah Trageh Bangkalan with the technique of distributing textbooks questionnaires to students. Based on the results of the study and show that the media in the form of textbooks are feasible to use with the acquisition of a score of 85% validity and 199% reliability. So it can be concluded that the science teaching book integrating the verses of the Qur’an the material of the human reproductive system is feasible to use and able to add spiritual value to students. For the readability score of students towards texbooks it scores 84,59% with a very good category and for scores of student responses to textbooks it scores 85,79%.
