Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar siswa sebelum dan sesudah penerapan model PjBL. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah pre-experimental design dengan teknik penelitian yaitu one group pretest-posttest. Penelitian dilaksanakan di MTs Al-Huda. Populasi siswa kelas VIII-B Tahun Ajaran 2019/2020. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 1 kelas. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, tes, angket dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji t sampel berpasangan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar siswa sebelum dan sesudah penerapan model PjBL. Hal ini dibuktikan dari persentase rata-rata pada pretest sebesar 51,89% dan pada posttest sebesar 75,84%. Keterlaksanaan pembelajaran diperoleh persentase rata-rata sebesar 89,45% dengan kriteria baik sekali. Respons siswa pada pernyataan positif kategori sangat setuju sebesar 31,18%, dan pada pernyataan negatif kategori tidak setuju sebesar 68,82%.
AbstractionThe aims of the research were to know the difference between the result of student study before and after apply the PjBL model. The research method design used a pre-experimental design with the research technique of one group pretest-posttest design. The research was conducted at MTs Al-Huda. The population was VIII-B grade students in the academic year of 2019/2020. The employed sampling technique was purposive sampling. The sampling consists of 1 classes. Technique of collecting data used observation, tests, questionnaires, and documentation. Technique of analyzing data used paired sample t-test. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that a difference between the result of student study before and after apply the PjBL model. This is proven by the average percentage at the pretest of 51,89% and the posttest of 75,84%. The learning implementation was obtained as the average percentage of 89,45% on very good criteria. The student’s response to the positive statement at strongly agreed category of 31,18%, and on negative statement at disagree category of 68,82%.
