    Abstraksi

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui respons siswa terhadap Lembar Kerja Siswa (LKS) berbasis model Conceptual Understanding Procedures (CUPs) pada materi klasifikasi makhluk hidup. Penelitian menggunakan model pengembangan 4D (define, design, develop, disseminate) tanpa melakukan tahap disseminate. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIIA SMP Muallimin Wonodadi di Kabupaten Blitar tahun ajaran 2019/2020 dengan sampel 10 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu angket respons siswa. Pada angket respons siswa terdapat tiga indikator penilaian yaitu indikator pemilihan desain, indikator materi, dan indikator penggunaan model. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa respons siswa mendapatkan rata-rata skor sebesar 81,5% dinyatakan sangat menarik. Pada indikator pemilihan desain mendapatkan rata-rata skor sebesar 81,25% dengan kriteria sangat menarik, indikator materi mendapatkan rata-rata skor sebesar 83,25% dengan kriteria sangat menarik, dan indikator penggunaan model mendapatkan nilai rata-rata sebesar 80% dengan kriteria sangat menarik. Berdasarkan penelitian siswa menanggapi positif pembelajaran IPA menggunakan LKS berbasis model CUPs pada materi klasifikasi makhluk hidup.

    Abstraction

    The research aims to know student’s response to student worksheets (LKS) based on conceptual understanding procedures (CUPs) model on the classification of living things. The research uses the 4D development model (define, design, develop, and disseminate) without doing the disseminate step. Subject in this study were students of class VIIA in SMP Muallimin Wonodadi at Blitar regency in the academic year 2019/2020 with a sample of 10 students. Data collection technique used were student questionnaire response. In the student response questionnaire there are three assessment indicators namely the indicator of design selection, material indicator, and indicator of model use. The result showed that response of student getting an average score of 81,5% with very interesting criteria. The design selection indicators get an average score of 81,25% with very interesting criteria, the material indicator get the average score was 83,25% with very interesting criteria, and the use of model indicators get the average score 80% with very interesting criteria. Based on the research students responded positively to science learning using student worksheets based the CUPs model on the material classification of living things.
