Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) berbasis pendekatan SETS (Science, Environment, Technology And Society) terhadap keterampilan proses sains siswa materi getaran, gelombang dan bunyi kelas VIII C di Mts Tri Bakti Kunjang Kediri tahun pelajaran 2018/2019. Metode dari penelitian ini adalah metode Quasi Experimental. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 43 siswa yang terbagi 22 siswa kelas eksperimen dan 21 siswa kelas kontrol. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, tes keterampilan proses sains siswa mempunyai kategori sangat tinggi sebesar 75%. Hasil penelitian ini mennunjukkan bahwa keterampilan proses siswa sangat baik.
AbstractionThe aims of this research were to know the effect Problem Based Learning (PBL) model Based on SETS (Science, Environment, Technology And Society) approach to Students's Science Process Skills at the material vibration, wave and sound in VIII C class of MTs Tri Bakti Kunjang Kediri study year 2018/2019. The method of the research was Quasi Experimental. The research used 43 sample of student and devided to 22 student in experiment class and 21 student in control class. Based on the result of the reserch, test of Students's Science Process Skills in high category an average 75%. The result of this research showed that of Students's Science Process Skillsis very good.
