Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah: 1) mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran berbasis masalah dengan pendekatan vct (value clarification technique) terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran sistem komputer kelas X RPL; 2) mengetahui keterlaksanaan pembelajaran menggunakan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah dengan pendekatan vct (value clarification technique) terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran sistem komputer kelas X RPL; dan 3) mengetahui respon siswa terhadap pembelajaran menggunakan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah dengan pendekatan vct (value clarification technique) pada mata pelajaran sistem komputer. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan Quasi Experimental Design dengan desain penelitian Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik nonprobability sampling dengan jenis sampel jenuh yaitupada kelas X RPL yang berjumlah dari 54 siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes hasil belajar pretest-posttest, lembar observasi aktivitas guru dan siswa, serta angket respon siswa. Berdasarkan hasil uji signifikan (uji-t) diperoleh nilai thitung sebesar 3,645 > ttabel sebesar 2,064. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa adanya pengaruh pembelajaran berbasis masalah dengan pendekatan VCT (value clarification technique) terhadap hasil belajar sistem komputer siswa kelas X SMK Negeri 1 kamal. Hal ini diperkuat dengan hasil observasi aktivitas guru diperoleh hasil 92% dengan kategori “sangat baik”, aktivitas siswa sebesar 79,6% dengan kategori baik, dan angket respon diperoleh hasil 91,9% dengan kategori sangat baik. The purpose of this observation are : 1) to knowing the impact of learning model use the base method of VCT (value clarification technique) approach to student?s learning outcomes of the system computer major grade X RPL; 2) to knowing succesfullity of learning method of VCT (value clarification technique) approach to students„s learning outcomes of the system computer major grade X RPL; and 3) to knowing the respond of students about the learning that use the base method of VCT (value clarification technique) to the system computer major. This observation was a quantitative observation that used quasi experimental design with non-equivalent control group design observation. The interpretation of sample from this observation used non-probability sampling technique with the kind of surfeited sampling from 54 students X grade of RPL. The instrument which used of this observation is the result from pretest-posttest, teacher and student?s activity observation sheet, and student?s inquiry respond. According the result of significant test (uji-t) obtained value tcount as big as 2,064. Until it can be concluded that there is an impact from basic problem studying method with VCT ( value clarification technique) approach to the result of vocational highschool 1 kamal students of computer system studying. This can be strengthned with the result of teacher?s activity observation and gained 92% “very good” category, 79,6% “good” category student?s activity, and 91,9% inquiry respond with “excellent” category.
