ABSTRAK Sistem pengelolaan data aktivitas skripsi dan proses bimbingan proposal di Program Studi Pendidikan Informatika masih menggunakan cara manual diantaranya adalah pada waktu penyerahan judul skripsi, mahasiswa mengajukan judul dengan google form dan dosen pembimbing mengoreksi bagian skripsi mahasiswa secara manual dalam bentuk hardcopy. Maka dari itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Sistem Informasi Monitoring Skripsi Berbasis Web di Program Studi Pendidikan Informatika. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model waterfall. Model waterfall terdiri dari 5 tahapan yaitu komunikasi, perencanaan, pemodelan, konstruksi, dan penyerahan ke pelanggan atau pengguna. Sistem Informasi Monitoring Skripsi Berbasis Web dapat memberikan keluaran kepada penggunanya berupa kemudahan dalam memonitroing aktivitas skripsi mahasiswa dilihat dari dosen pembimbing, pengelolaan data mahasiswa dan dosen pembimbing, pengelolaan data jadwal sidang, pengolahan nilai hasil ujian skripsi atau seminar pra skripsi, pengelolaan data bimbingan mahasiswa dengan dosen pembimbing yang terstruktur. Hasil yang didapat dari angket respon ahli sistem menunjukkan sistem berfungsi secara keseluruhan dan berfungsi dengan baik. Hasil angket respon ahli desain adalah 95,4 % yang menunjukkan tampilan sistem sangat bagus dan mudah digunakan.Hasil angket respon admin adalah 80% yang menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi monitoring skripsi sesuai kebutuhan Program Studi Pendidikan Informatika. Hasil angket respon dosen pembimbing adalah 91,6% yang menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi monitoring skripsi dapat membantu dosen pembimbing dalam membimbing mahasiswa mengerjakan proposalnya dan hasil angket respon mahasiswa adalah 87,8% yang menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini memudahkan mahasiswa dalam aktivitas pengerjaan proposalnya. Dari hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan Sistem Monitoring Skripsi Berbasis Web sangat layak digunakan. Kata Kunci : Sistem Informasi, Monitoring Skripsi, Web

ABSTRACT The data management system of the thesis and proposal guidance process in the Informatics Education Study Program still uses manual methods including the submission of the thesis title, students submit a title with google form and the supervisor corrects the student's thesis section manually in hardcopy. Therefore, this study aims to develop a Web-Based Thesis Monitoring Information System in the Informatics Education Study Program. The method used in this study is Research and Development (R & D) with the waterfall model. The waterfall model consists of 5 stages, namely communication, planning, modeling, construction, and submission to customers or users. Web-Based Thesis Monitoring Information System can provide output to users in the form of ease of monitoring student thesis activities viewed from supervisors, data management of students and supervisors, management of trial schedule data, processing of thesis test results or pre-thesis seminars, managing student guidance data with structured supervisor. The results obtained from the system expert response questionnaire indicate the system is functioning as a whole and functioning properly. The results of the questionnaire responses of the design experts were 95.4% which showed that the system appearance was very good and easy to use. The results of the admin response questionnaire were 80% which indicated that the thesis monitoring information system was in accordance with the needs of the Informatics Education Study Program. The results of the supervisor's questionnaire responses were 91.6% which showed that the thesis monitoring information system could assist the supervisor in guiding students to work on their proposals and the results of the student response questionnaire were 87.8% which showed that the system facilitated students in their proposal execution activities.
