Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan penggunaan diksi, gaya bahasa figuratif, dan citraan dalam kumpulan puisi Margendut Sayang karya Prawoto R. Sujadi. Hasil penelitian diksi dalam kumpulan puisi margendut sayang karya Prawoto R. Sujadi terdapat 23 buah, dengan diksi yang paling dominan adalah kata konotatif yaitu meliputi 12 buah , kata sapaan khas enam buah, dan kata vulgar lima buah. Hasil penelitian gaya bahasa figuratif dalam kumpulan puisi Margendut Sayang karya Prawoto R. Sujadi keseluruhan berjumlah 42 buah. Adapun (1) gaya bahasa perbandingan pada majas hiperbola berjumlah delapan buah, personifikasi berjumlah dua buah, epitet berjumlah tiga buah. Selanjutnya (2) gaya bahasa perulangan pada majas aliterasi berjumlah 11 buah, epizekuis berjumlah satu buah, dan anafora berjumlah lima buah. Berikutnya (3) gaya bahasa sindiran pada majas sinisme berjumlah dua buah. (4) gaya bahasa pertentangan pada majas histeron prosteron berjumlah tiga buah. (5) gaya bahasa penegasan pada majas epistrofa berjumlah satu buah, erotesis berjumlah dua buah, dan klimaks berjumlah empat buah. Hasil penelitian citraan dalam kumpulan puisi Margendut Sayang karya Prawoto R. Sujadi secara keseluruhan berjumlah 19 buah, yang meliputi citraan penglihatan berjumlah enam buah, citraan pendengaran tujuh buah, citraan penciuman dua buah, dan citraan perabaan berjumlah empat buah. Kata kunci: Kumpulan puisi, diksi, gaya bahasa figuratif, citraan, stilistika 2 Karya sastra adalah karya yang imajinatif baik lisan maupun tulisan. Sebuah karya sastra adalah suatu karya yang pada hakikatnya mengedepankan aspek keindahan. Hal ini sejalan dengan kajian stilistika yaitu untuk mengetahui nilai-nilai estetika yang terkandung dalam kumpulan puisi “Margendut Sayang” Karya Prawoto R. Sujadi.

ABSTRACT Abstract: The uniqueness of the poetry collection by Prawoto R. Sujadi is that the language used is rich in meaning and easy to be understood by the reader, a poetry collection written in stages telling the story of the author and his wife. The objective of this study is to describe the use of diction, figurative language style and imagery in Margendut Sayang poetry collection by Prawoto R. Sujadi. Stylistics as a study of the style used in this study because in general it has a characteristic that is used to convey meaning contained in Margendut Sayang poetry collection by Prawoto R. Sujadi in certain ways.This study is a qualitative descriptive study. The data is poetry with the analysis of diction, language style and imagery contained in the poetry. Technique of collecting data uses read and note techniques because the source of data is in the form of text. The process of analyzing data is done with data reduction, data display and drawing conclusion. Test of data validity in this study uses theoretical triangulation. The results of diction analysis in Margendut Sayang poetry collection by Prawoto R. Sujadi show that there are 23 dictions with the dominant diction is connotative words with a total of 12 words those are six typical greetings and five vulgar words. The results of figurative language style analysis in Margendut Sayang poetry collection by Prawoto R. Sujadi show that there are 42 figurative language styles. As for (1) the comparative language style in the hyperbolic figure of speech is eight with two personifications and three epithets. (2) The repetitive language style in the alliteration figure of speech is 11 with one epizeuxis and five anaphora. (3) The satirical language style in cynicism figure of speech is two. (4) The contradictory language style in hysteron proteron figure of speech is three. (5) The affirmation language style in epistrophe figure of speech is one, erotesis is two and climax is four. The results of imagery analysis in Margendut Sayang poetry collection by Prawoto R. Sujadi are nine imageries including three visual imageries, four auditory imageries, one olfactory imagery, and one tactile imagery.
