ABSTRAK Berdasarkanhasil observasi di SDN Kramat 1 Pamekasansiswamasihkurangkesadaranterhadappentingnyapelestariansumberdayaalamdanlingkunganpengembangmembuat multimedia interaktif yang dapatmemberikandayatariksiswasehinggadaoatmeningkatkanhasilbelajardanmempermudah guru dalammenyampaikanmateripembelajaran. Penelitianinibertujuanuntukmengembangkanmultimedia interaktifberbasiskomputer yang valid, efektif, danpraktis.Penelitianinimenggunakan model Borg and Gall modifikasiSugiyonoyang terdiridarisepuluhtahapanyaitu (PotensidanMasalah, Pengumpulan Data, DesainProduk, ValidasiDesain, RevisiDesain, UjiCobaProduk, RevisiProduk, UjiCobaPemakaian, RevisiProduk, danProduksiMassal). Hasilkevalidan multimedia interaktif yang diperolehdarihasilpresentasegabungan 3 validator sebesar 85?ngankriteriasangatvalid.Kepraktisan multimedia interaktifdiperolehhasilobservasilembarketerlaksanaanpembelajaranmencapai92,5% dengankriteriapraktisdigunakan. Keefektivan multimedia interaktifdiperolehdarihasilangketresponsiswa 95,7% dengankriteriaefektifdigunakan, sertahasilbelajar 96% tuntas. berdasarkandarihasiltersebutdapatdisimpulkanbahwa multimedia interakttifdapatdigunakansebagai media pembelajaranpadatema 3 subtema 3 materipelestariansumberdayaalamdanlingkungan. ABSTRACT Based on the results of riset at UPTD SDN Kramat 1 Pamekasan, sudents awareness to protect the environment at scene 3 Subtheme 3 material preservation of natural resources and the environment. Developers create an interaktive media that can profide student attraction so ask to improve learning outcome and fasileted teachers in delivering learning materials. theporpuse of thi development research is to design and test the validity Interaktive Multimedia to be used as a supporter of scene 3 subtheme 3 class IV grdade student. the development model used is the Borg and Gall model. the result optained by the value test of Interactive Multimedia validity optained from the combined percentage of 3 validators of 85% with very reasonable criteria. Interactive multimedia practicality optained by opservation of teacher activity and student reach 92,5% with particall criterion use. interactive multimedia effectifeness obtained by the result of questionare of student response 95,7% with effective criterion use, and result of study 96% complete. Based on these result it can be concluded date Interactive multimedia can be used us a medium of learning on Scene 3 subtheme 3. Keywords: Interactive Multimedia, Borg and Gall Development Model
