Tujuan penelitian pengembangan ini untuk mengetahui kevalidan, keefektifan dan kemenarikan media pembelajaran berbentuk bahan ajar matematika berbasis komik pada mata materi bangun ruang. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada kelas V di UPTD SDN Kandangan. Penelitian dan pengembangan ini menggunakan model 4-D (Four D) yang terdiri dari 4 tahap, yaitu define, design, develop, dan disseminate. Bahan ajar matematika berbasis komik telah divalidasi oleh 4 validator yaitu, ahli media, ahli materi, ahli bahasa dan ahli desain pembelajaran. Uji coba pada penelitian ini dilakukan sebanyak 2 kali yaitu, uji coba terbatas dan uji coba lanjut. Kevalidan ditinjau dari ahli media sebesar 88% ahli materi sebesar 96%, ahli bahasa sebesar 80%, dan ahli desain pembelajaran sebesar 92%. Hasil validasi rata-rata dari para ahli sebesar 89% (sangat valid). Keefektifan bahan ajar ditinjau dari lembar observasi aktifitas guru sebesar 92% (sangat efektif), lembar observasi aktivitas siswa dengan rata-rata sebesar 89,64% (sangat efektif), dan ketuntasan dari hasil belajar siswa sebesar 90,5% tuntas. Kemenarikan bahan ajar ditinjau dari lembar angket respon siswa dengan rata-rata sebesar 95,42% (sangat menarik). Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran bahan ajar matematika berbasis komik layak digunakan. Kata kunci: Bahan ajar, komik, pembelajaran matematika, materi bangun ruang.
AbstractionThe aim of this development research is for knowing the validity, effectiveness and attractiveness of learning media shaped mathematics teaching materials based comic on geometry course. This research does on V class at UPTD SDN Kandangan. This research and development are using a 4-D (Four D) model that consists from 4 stages, such as define, design, develop, and disseminate. The mathematics teaching material based comic has been validated by 4 validators namely, expert of media, expert of material, expert of language and expert of learning design. The trials on this research do 3 times, namely, individual test, small group test, and big group test. The validity is reviewed from expert of media by 88%, expert of material by 96%, expert of bahasa by 80%, and expert of learning design by 92%. The validation average of the results of the experts is 89% (very valid). The Effectiveness of teaching materials is reviewed from sheet observation of teacher activities by 92%, sheet observation of activity students with average of 89,64%, and completeness of student learning outcomes of 90.5% complete. The attractiveness of teaching materials is reviewed from sheet questionnaire response of students with average of 95,42% (very interesting). The results show that learning media of mathematics teaching materials based comic is very valid, effective and interesting. So, it is worthy used.
