Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui korelasi atau hubungan kompetensi kepribadian guru terhadap disiplin siswa kelas V SDN Kamoneng. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif non eksperimen. Dalam penelitian ini sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 22 sampel siswa kelas V. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen angket. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan dengan teknik analisis deskriptif. Untuk menentukan hubungan antara kedua variabel melalui perhitungan korelasi Product Moment. Sebelum analisis data, terlebih dahulu di lakukan uji prasyarat yaitu uji normalitas. Perhitungan uji hipotesis diperoleh hasil thitung = 13,9 > ttabel = 0,5 maka Ha diterima artinya bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara kompetensi kepribadian guru terhadap disiplin siswa kelas V SDN Kamoneng. Sedangkan hasil dari perhitungan uji korelasi perseon product moment diperoleh nilai korelasi (r) sebesar 0,62 sehingga terdapat hubungan antara kompetensi kepribadian guru terhadap disiplin siswa sebesar 38%.
AbstractionABSTRACT This study aims to determine the correlation or relationship between Teacher Personality Competence and Discipline of Class V Students at SDN Kamoneng. This research uses a non-experimental quantitative approach. In this study, the sample used was 22 the sample of class V. The data collection used a questionnaire instrument. Data analysis technique is done by using descriptive analysis technique. To determine the relationship between the two variables through the calculation of Product Moment correlation. Before analyzing the data, the prerequisite test is normality test. Hypothesis test calculations obtained the results of tcount = 13.9> ttable = 0.5 then Ha is accepted meaning that there is a significant relationship between the teacher's personal competence and discipline of the fifth grade students of SDN Kamoneng. While the results of the calculation of the product moment perseon correlation test obtained a correlation value (r) of 0.62 so that there is a relationship between the teacher's personal competence towards student discipline by 38%.
