Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) Mengetahui pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran guided discovery learning terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa kelas IV SD Negeri Gili Barat tahun pelajaran 2019/2020 (2) Mengetahui pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran guided discovery learning terhadap sikap ilmiah siswa kelas IV SD Negeri Gili Barat tahun pelajaran 2019/2020. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada kelas IV SDN Gili Barat dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 42 siswa. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah tes kemampuan berpikir kritis dan angket sikap ilmiah berupa pretest dan posttest. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji normalitas, homogenitas, dan uji t dua sampel independent. Hasil penelitian menggunakan perhitungan uji t dua sampel independent pada tes kemampuan berpikir kritis, diperoleh thitung= 5.886 > ttabel= 2.021. Ho ditolak, artinya penerapan model guided discovery learning memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa kelas IV SDN Gili Barat. Uji hipotesis sikap Ilmiah diperoleh perhitungan thitung= 8.731 > ttabel= 2.021. Ho ditolak, artinya penerapan model guided discovery learning memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap sikap ilmiah siswa kelas IV SDN Gili Barat. Kata kunci: model guided discovery learning, kemampuan berpikir kritis, sikap ilmiah.

The purposes of this research are: (1) to find out of the influence the implementation of learning by use Guided Discovery Learning model to the ability critical thinking students class IV of SD Gili Barat, academic years 2019/2020, (2) to know the influence of the implementation of learning model guided discovery learning to scientific attitude students class IV of SD Gili Barat, academic years 2019/2020. This research carried out in the class IV in SDN Gili Barat with the quantity 42 students. Sample technic that used is a saturated samples. The instrument that used in the study was a test the ability to think critical and scientific attitude in the form of inquiries pretest and posttest. Data analysis that used is test normality, homogeneity, and test t two samples independent. The results of research that use the calculation test t two samples independent of the test the ability to critical thinking, obtained thitung= 5.886> ttabel=2.021. Ho rejected, it means that the implementation of the model guided discovery learning give a significant influence to the ability of critical thinking of students class IV SDN Gili Barat. Test hypothesis attitude scientific obtained calculation thitung= 8.731> ttabel=2.021. Ho rejected, the meaning is the implementation of the guided discovery learning model give a significant influence toward scientific attitude student of class IV SDN Gili Barat.
