Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Predict-Observe-Explain (POE) terhadap pemahaman konsep dan sikap ilmiah siswa pada pembelajaran IPA kelas III SDN Nyalabu Daja 2 Pamekasan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain Quasi Exsperimental Design. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes dan angket. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesispemahaman konsepsiswa menggunakan uji-t dua sampel independent untuk nilai posttest diperoleh t_hitung = 2,218>t_tabel= 2,030 maka Ho ditolak, artinya terdapat perbedaan pemahaman konsep siswa antara kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Sedangkan sikap ilmiah siswa berdasarkan uji-t dua sampel independent untuk nilai angket akhir diperoleh t_hitung = 2,795 > t_tabel= 2,030 maka Ho ditolak, artinya terdapat perbedaan sikap ilmiah siswa antara kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Berdasarkan perbedaan hasil pemahaman konsep dan sikap ilmiah siswa pada kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran menggunakan model Predict-Observe-Explain (POE) berpengaruh terhadap pemahaman konsep dan sikap ilmiah siswa kelas III SDN Nyalabu Daja 2 Pamekasan. AbstractionThis research was to determine the effect of Predict-Observe-Explain (POE) learning model Towards Comprehention of Concepts and scientific attitudes of students in Natural Science Learning Class III Students of SDN Nyalabu Daja 2 Pamekasan. This research was a quantitative research that used Quasi Experimental Design. The sampling technique was a saturated sample. Data collection techniques used were tests and questionnaires. Based on the results of hypothesis testing of concepts comprehention used the two independent t-test samples obtained t_count = 2,218> t table = 2.030 then Ho was rejected, it meaned that there were differences in concepts comprehention between the experimental class and the control class. While the scientific attitude of students based on the t-test of two independent samples obtained t_count = 2. 795 > t_table = 2.030 so Ho was rejected, it meaned that there were differences in students' scientific attitudes between the experimental class and the control class. Based on the results, the differences of concepts comprehention and scientific attitudes of students, it could be concluded that learning using the Predict-Observe-Explain (POE) learning model could influence student’s concepts comprehention and students' scientific attitude of the thirth grade of Nyalabu Daja 2 Elementary School.
