    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Inkuiri Terbimbing berbantuan media realia terhadap keterampilan proses sains dan sikap ilmiah siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain Quasi Exsperimental Design yang dilaksanakan pada kelas IV SDN Tajungan Kamal sejumlah 48 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh. teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes dan angket. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis keterampilan proses sains siswa menggunakan uji-t dua sampel independen diperoleh t_hitung = 3,287 > t_tabel = 2,012 maka Ho ditolak, artinya terdapat perbedaan keterampilan proses sains antara kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Sedangkan sikap ilmiah siswa berdasarkan uji-t dua sampel independen diperoleh t_hitung = 5,115 > t_tabel = 2,012 maka Ho ditolak, artinya terdapat perbedaan sikap ilmiah siswa antara kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Berdasarkan perbedaan rata-rata nilai posttest keterampilan proses sains dan angket akhir sikap ilmiah siswa yang lebih besar kelas eksperimen daripada kelas kontrol maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran menggunakan model Inkuiri Terbimbing berbantuan media realia dapat berpengaruh positif terhadap keterampilan proses sains dan sikap ilmiah siswa kelas IV SDN Tajungan Kamal.

    Abstraction

    This reseach was to determine the effect of the Guided Inquiry learning model assisted by media realia on science process skills and scientific attitudes of students. This research was a quantitative reseach that used Quasi Experimental Design which was carried out in 48 students of the fourth grade of Tajungan Kamal Elementary School. The sampling technique was a saturated sample. Data collection techniques used were tests and questionnaires. Based on the results of hypothesis testing of science process skills students used the two independent t-test samples obtained t_count = 3.287 > t_table = 2.012 then Ho was rejected, it meaned that there were differences in science process skills between the experimental class and the control class. While the scientific attitude of students based on the t-test of two independent samples obtained t_count = 5.115 > t_table = 2.012 so Ho was rejected, it meaned that there were differences in students' scientific attitudes between the experimental class and the control class. Based on differences in the average posttest scores of sciences process skills and the final questionnaire of student’s scientific attitudes in the experimental class got the bigger than the control class, it can be concluded that learning using Guided Inquiry models assisted by media realia could positively influence on science process skills and students' scientific attitude of the fourth grade of Tajungan Kamal Elementary School.
