    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan adversity quotient pada mahasiswa yang berwirausaha ditinjau dari locus of control. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik sampling kuota. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini adalah skala locus of control dan skala adversity quotient. Pengujian hipotesis dengan teknik uji mann-whitney. Hasil dari penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa mahasiswa yang memiliki kecenderungan locus of control internal sejumlah 79 mahasiswa (70,54%). Mahasiswa yang memiliki kecenderungan locus of control eksternal sejumlah 33 mahasiswa (29,46%). Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan adversity quotient pada mahasiswa yang berwirausaha ditinjau dari locus of control dibuktikan dengan hasil perhitungan uji mann-whitney mahasiswa yang berwirausaha dengan kecenderungan locus of control internal dan mahasiswa yang berwirausaha dengan kecenderungan locus of control eksternal diperoleh nilai probabilitas asymp. sig. (2-tailed) 0,003 (P < 0,05). Kata kunci: Adversity Quotient, Locus Of Control

    Abstraction

    This study aims to determine the difference adversity quotient on student entrepreneurship in terms of locus of control. The method used is quantitative method by using a quota sampling technique. Instruments in this research is the locus of control scale and scale adversity quotient. Testing the hypothesis with Mann-Whitney test techniques. The results of the research we concluded that that students who have internal locus of control tendency of a number of 79 students (70.54%). Students who have an external locus of control tendency of a number of 33 students (29.46%). This study shows that there is a difference of adversity quotient on student entrepreneurship in terms of locus of control is evidenced by the results of the Mann-Whitney test calculations entrepreneurship students with an internal locus of control tendency and the tendency of students to entrepreneurship with an external locus of control obtained probability value asymp. sig.
