Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh dukungan sosial terhadap employability. hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini adalah ada pengaruh dukungan sosial terhadap employability. Subjek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 310 mahasiswa tingkat akhir dengan teknik simple random sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan dua skala, yaitu skala dukungan sosial terdiri dari 48 item yang mengukur empat aspek dukungan sosial dan skala employability yang terdiri dari 40 item yang mengukur tiga dimensi employability. Metode analisis data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan statistik parametrik dengan Uji Regresi Sederhana dengan bantuan program IBM SPSS 23.0 for windows. Pada penelitian ini diperoleh hasil nilai F 268,562 dengan nilai signifikasi 0,000 maka hipotesis pada penelitian ini diterima. Kemudian kontribusi atau sumbangan efektif dukungan sosial terhadap employability adalah nilai koefisien regresi R sebesar 0,682 dengan demikian korelasi keeratan antara dukungan sosial dengan employability termasuk tinggi, dan kontribusi antara dukungan sosial terhadap employability mempunyai nilai Adjusted R Squared sebesar 0,466=45,6%, hal ini berarti sumbangsih pengaruh dukungan sosial terhadap employability sebesar 45,6%. Hal tersebut terjadi karena empat aspek dukungan sosial yaitu dukungan emosional, dukungan instrumental, dukungan informatif dan dukungan pertemanan sangat berpengaruh terhadap tingginya employability pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir. Abstrak This study aims to look at the influence of social support to employability. hypothesis proposed in this study is no influence of social support employability. The subjects used in this study was 310 final year students with simple random sampling technique. Collecting data using two scales, namely social support scale consists of 48 items that measure four aspects of social support and employability scale consisting of 40 items that measure three dimensions of employability. Then the contribution or the effective contribution of social support employability is the regression coefficient R value of 0.682 and is therefore the closeness of the correlation between social support employability is high, and the contribution of social support to employability has a value of Adjusted R Squared 0.466 = 45.6%, this significant contribution to the influence of social support employability by 45.6%.
