Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kesiapan menghadapi masa pensiun terhadap kecenderungan post power syndrome pada ASN. Subjek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 30 ASN yang pernah menduduki jabatan struktural dengan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan dua jenis skala, yaitu skala kesiapan menghadapi masa pensiun dan skala kecenderungan post power syndrome. Metode analisis data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji regresi linier sederhana dengan bantuan program SPSS 23. Hasil penelitian uji pengaruh dalam hipotesis kesiapan menghadapi masa pensiun terhadap kecenderungan post power syndrome pada ASN menggunakan uji regresi sederhana dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar yaitu 0,97 >0,05 yang berarti hipotesis ditolak. Artinya tidak ada pengaruh kesiapan menghadapi masa pensiun terhadap kecenderungan post power syndrome pada ASN.

This study aims to determine the effect of readiness to face retirement towards the tendency of post power syndrome to ASN. The subjects used in this study were 30 ASNs who had held structural positions with purposive sampling techniques. Data collection uses two types of scale, namely, the scale of readiness to face retirement and post power syndrome tendency scale. The data analysis method carried out in this study used a simple linear regression test with the help of SPSS 23. The results of the influence test in the hypothesis of retirement preparedness towards the tendency of post power syndrome to ASN used a simple regression test with a significance value of 0.97> 0 , 05 which means the hypothesis is rejected. This means that there is no influence on the readiness to face retirement towards the tendency of post power syndrome to ASN.
