    Abstraction

    ABSTRACT This article about comparative children literature in three children stories from the devil’s christianity perspectives. The objective of the research is, to explain the character good versus bad also the different cultural in different countries in the three children stories The Devil and Kate, The Devil and His Grandmother, and Billy Duff and The Devil. The method used in this research is qualitative method. The data resource of this research was three children stories. In collected the data, the researcher used note as intrument to get the data. The tehnique of data analysis in this study is Emer O’Sullivan theory about comparative children literature studies. The research found that the comparative children literature from devil’s christianity perspectives through devil’s character, contact and transfer studies, plot of the story of devil, historiography and history of children literature. In this research, the resercher concludes that comparative can be a deeper understanding of literary texts in a broader historical, social and literary context and children literature is written by an author for building the character to know their identity and good character.
