Santri baru yang ingin mendaftar di pondok pesantren Ibnu Cholil, mayoritas berasal dari luar kota. Proses penerimaan santri baru di podok pesantren ini masih menggunakan sistem konvensiaonal, sehingga calon santri terkadang kesulitan untuk mendapatkan informasi untuk melakukan proses pendaftaran. Proses pendaftaran konvensional masih menggunakan arsip dalam bentuk fisik yang rentan terjadinya kerusakan atau bahkan hilang. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang ada pada pondok pesantren Ibnu Cholil, maka dibuatlah sebuah Sistem Informasi Pendaftaran Pondok Pesantren Berbasis Web. Dengan adanya sistem informasi ini proses penerimaan santri baru mrnjadi lebih efektif dan efisien. Dalam pembuatan tugas akhir penulis menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan Mysql sebagai database dalam pembuatan sistem informasi ini. Kata Kunci : Pondok Pesantren, Sistem Informasi, PHP, Mysql

New students who want to enroll in boarding school Ibnu Cholil, the majority comes from out of town. The process of receiving new students in this pesantren podok still using conventional system, so that prospective students sometimes difficult to get information to make the registration process. The conventional registration process still uses archives in physical form that are vulnerable to damage or even loss. To overcome the existing problems in the boarding school Ibnu Cholil, then made a Web-Based Pondok Pesantren Registration Information System. With the existence of this information system the process of acceptance of new santri mrnjadi more effective and efficient. In making the final task the author uses the programming language PHP and Mysql as a database in the manufacture of this information system.
