    Abstraksi

    ABSTRAK Pemanfaatan limbah kertas adalah salah satu cara untuk mengurangi kapasitas penggunaan kertas baru yang membuat permintaan kayu semakin hari semakin bertambah oleh sebab itu pada tugas akhir ini akan membuat suatu alat yang memanfaatkan limbah kertas sebagai bahan tambahan material batako agar menjadi sesuatu yg lebih berguna . Tugas akhir ini membuat alat pencampur material batako pada sistem daur ulang kertas. Pada sistem ini menggunakan mikrocontroller sebagai kontroller sistem. Sistem ini dimulai dari pembuatan bubur kertas sampai menjadi suatu benda yang berguna bagi manusia. Sensor yang digunakan adalah sensor ultrasonik pada sistem ini berada pada pembuatan awal yakni pembuatan bubur kertas. Tahap kedua setelah pembuatan bubur kertas yaitu proses pembentukan dan pressing pada bubur kertas guna air pada bubur untuk nantinya dijadikan batu batako, pada bubur kertas yang digunakan akan menjadi bahan campuran pada batu batako dan akan ada campuran lain seperti fly ash. Fly ash adalah limbah dari pembakaran batubara. Penimbangan bahan campuran pada sistem ini menggunakan sensor load cell yang berfungsi sebagai penimbang bahan campuran. Kata Kunci : Mikrokontroller, Fly ash , Batako dan Loadcell

    ABSTRACT The utilization of waste paper is one way to reduce the capacity of the use of a new paper that makes the demand for wood is increasingly growing because of the task at the end of this will make a tool that utilizes waste paper as an additional material to to be something more useful. The task of the end of this makes mixer material to the recycled paper. In this system using mikrocontroller as controller the system. This system is starting from the manufacture of pulp and paper to be something useful to humans. The sensor used is the ultrasonic on this system is at the beginning of the manufacture of pulp and paper. The second stage after making pulp of the formation and pressing on the pulp and paper to the water at the porridge to be used as a brick, to a pulp used will be a blend of stone blocks and there will be a mixture of other like fly ash.
