  • ANALISIS PENGUKURAN KINERJA MESIN MENGGUNAKAN METODE OVERALL EQUIPMENT EFFECTIVENESS (OEE) PADA MESIN VENTHOLE DI PT. AUTOKORINDO PRATAMA

    Abstraksi

    PT. Autokorindo Pratama merupakan salah satu perusahaan manufaktur yang memproduksi baja roda disc (velg) terutama untuk truk, bis dan trailer. Salah satu tujuan yang diinginkan perusahaan adalah tercapainya target produksi yang diinginkan. Namun dikarenakan adanya beberapa faktor kerugian yang memiliki pengaruh besar terhadap nilai dari keefektifan suatu mesin, maka proses produksi tidak berjalan dengan optimal yang mengakibatkan tidak tercapainya target produksi yang diinginkan. Persentase kerugian terbesar pada six big losses ada pada equipment failure (41%) dan reduce speed (36%) yang mempengaruhi rendahnya nilai Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) yang didapatkan. Berdasarkan perhitungan nilai OEE selama 6 bulan dari bulan Januari 2019 hingga Juni 2019, yang mencapai kondisi standar yang telah ditentukan oleh JIPM (Japan Institute of Plant Maintenance) untuk kondisi ideal OEE sebanyak 85% ada pada bulan April dengan nilai OEE sebanyak 85.11%. Nilai OEE yang didapatkan pada bulan lain masih dibawah kondisi ideal yang telah ditetapkan sehingga memerlukan perbaikan dengan cara menyiapkan perlengkapan autonomus maintenance serta memfasilitasi tempat training untuk operator dan teknisi maintenance.

    Abstraction

    PT. Autokorindo Pratama is a manufacturer company of steel wheel disc especially for truck, bus and trailer. One of the main objective from company is to achiece production target whisch is planned to be fulfilled well. However due to some losses factor that can influence the value of the effectiveness of the machine the production process cannot operate optimally and as a result, the production targets is still far from expectations. The biggest percentage of losses in six big losses is in equipment failure (41%) and reduce speed (36%) can influence low value in Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) that can be obtained. Based on the calculation of the OEE during the period from January 2019 to June 2019, the value that can reach the standart from JIPM (Japan Institute of Plant Maintenance) which is 85% is on April with OEE value 85.11%. The other month still cannot reach the standart from JIPM, so it needs to be improved through preparing for the autonomus maintenance and to conduct training to operator and technician in order to improve the ability.
