Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Variabel Pupuk, Bibit dan Tembakau terhadap Profit Kelompok Tani Tembakau dalam upaya peningkatan profit yang didapatkan kelompok tani tembakau yang berada di kabupaten Sumenep. Tipe penelitian bersifat Konfirmatori dari penelitian sebelumnya dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 125 kelompok tani. Untuk uji statistik dan pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Partial Least Square (SmartPLS 2.3). Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Variabel Pupuk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profit kelompok tani; (2) Variabel Bibit tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap hasil yang didapatkan oleh profit kelompok tani; (3) Variabel Tembakau berpengaruh kuat serta signifikan terhadap profit kelompok tani, sehingga dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa untuk menunjang profit kelompok tani tembakau maka hal yang perlu diperhatikan yaitu pada pemberian pupuk dan juga peningkatan kapasitas dan kualitas tembakau bokabo Kata Kunci: Pupuk, Bibit, Tembakau, Profit Kelompok Tani

This study aims to determine the effect of fertilizer, seed and tobacco variables on the profit of tobacco farmer groups in an effort to increase profits obtained by tobacco farmer groups in Sumenep district. This type of research is Confirmatory from previous studies with a total sample of 125 farmer groups. For statistical tests and data processing is done using Partial Least Square (SmartPLS 2.3). The research findings show that: (1) Fertilizer variable significantly influences the profit of farmer groups; (2) Seed Variables do not significantly influence the results obtained by farmer group profits; (3) Tobacco Variable has a strong and significant effect on the profit of farmer groups, so from this study it can be concluded that to support the profit of tobacco farmer groups, the things that need to be considered are on fertilizer application and also increasing the capacity and quality of bokabo tobacco Keywords: Fertilizer, Seeds, Tobacco, Farmer Group Profit
