PT. Bella Agung Citra Mandiri sudah berdiri sejak tahun 1997, dan merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bedding industri sejak 20 tahun yang lalu. Berlokasi di jalan Somben Lor, No. 32 Candi, Sidoarjo dan memiliki luas tanah 2400 m^2 dengan luas bangun an kurang lebih 2300 m^2 perusahaan ini telah dipercaya oleh konsumen sebagai salah satu perusahaan bedding terbaik. PT. Bella Agung Citra Mandiri sebagai perusahaan multinasional telah mempunyai beberapa brand yang hingga kini menjadi kepercayaan konsumen diantaranya Bella Springbed, Carlitos, maupun Living. PT Bella Agung Citra Mandiri selama ini masih belum mengetahui tingkat produktivitas yang telah dicapai perusahaan khususnya pada produk kasur jenis super. Srhingga dapat digunakan metode analisis produktivitas dengan menggunakan model Objective Matrix (OMAX) yang dilakukan melalui langkah-langkah antara lain penentuan kriteria penelitian, perhitungan rasio, perhitungan interpolasi nilai matriks, penetapan sasaran penelitian, penetapan bobot rasio, kemudan pembentukan matriks dengan model OMAX. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini tingkat produktivitas parsial pada perolehan score tertingi didapatkan di periode 6 bulan Juni pada kriteria produktivitas pemakaian jam kerja karyawanyang memiliki score 9, pemakaian tenaga listrik dengan score 9, serta minimasi produktivitas produk yang diperbaiki/cacat dengan score 10. Sementara perolehan score terendah yang ditunjukan dengan banyaknya peroleh nilai score terkecil diperoleh pada periode 11 bulan November, yang didapatkan beberapa kriteria diantaranya produktivitas pemakaian jam kerja karyawan , pemakaian tenaga listrik, pemakaian tenaga kerja, dan minimasi produktivitas produk yang diperbaiki/cacat dengan nilai score 0. Sementara produktivitas total dengan indeks performansi produk kasur jenis super tertinggi diperoleh pada periode 6 bulan Juni yaitu sebesar 618,176, sementara terendah terjadi pada bulan November yaitu sejumlah 184,130.

The results obtained in this study the level of partial productivity in the acquisition of the highest score obtained in the period of 6 months in June on the productivity criteria of working hours of employees who have a score of 9, the use of electric power with a score of 9, as well as minimizing the productivity of repaired / defective products with a score of 10. While The lowest score is indicated by the smallest number of scores obtained in the November 11 period, which is obtained by several criteria including productivity of employee work hours, electricity usage, labor usage, and minimization of productivity of repaired / defective products with a score of 0. While the total productivity with the highest performance index of super mattress type products was obtained in the 6 June period which was 618,176, while the lowest was in November which was 184,130.
