Tujuan dari penelitian ini mengidentifikasi dan menemukan jenis pemborosan apa saja yang terjadi pada lantai produksi CNB04183-31 serta mampu memberikan perbaikan dari pemborosan yang telah terjadi dapat serta memetakan aliran nilai masa depan (future state mapping). Salah satu alat yang dipakai untuk memetakan kondisi proses produksi saat ini secara tepat dalam konsep lean manufacturing dikenal dengan istilah value stream mapping/VSM (peta aliran nilai). Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah PAM (Process Acitivity Mapping) dengan menggunakan PAM aktivitas yang dilakukan pada setiap stasiun kerja dapat diketahui secara rinci dari hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwasanya aktivitas yang paling banyak adalah storage dengan persentase sebesar 83%. Dengan perbaikan yang akan dilakukan diharapkan dapat memberikan perbaikan pada stasiun kerja produk CNB04183-31.

The purpose of this study is to identify and discover what types of wastage are happening on the production floor of CNB04183-31 and be able to provide improvements from the wastes that have occurred and can map future value flows (future state mapping). One of the tools used to map the current conditions of the production process precisely in the concept of lean manufacturing is known as the value stream mapping / VSM (value flow map). The measuring instrument used is the PAM (Process Activity Mapping) using PAM activities carried out at each work station can be known in detail from the results of the study can be seen that the most activity is storage with a percentage of 83%. With the improvements that will be made it is expected to provide improvements to the CNB04183-31 product work station
