Pemasok merupakan rantai utama yang sangat mempengaruhi kegiatan produksi dari suatu perusahaan, sehingga perlu adanya pemilihan pemasok untuk menunjang proses produksi serta mendapatkan hasil sesuai keinginan perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mendapatkan kriteria dan subkriteria pemilihan alternatif pemasok beras dan mendapatkan pemasok beras terbaik di PT. AXC. Pemilihan alternatif pemasok beras menggunakan metode ANP (analytical network process). Pada penelitian ini didapatkan kriteria sebagai bahan analisis antara lain kualitas, responsibilitas, harga, fleksibilitas, pelayanan, ketepatan, dan kemasan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kriteria dengan bobot tertinggi adalah kualitas (0,139764), harga (0,069145), pelayanan (0,046673), ketepatan (0,031577), kemasan (0,017274), responsibilitas (0,011191), dan fleksibilitas (0,010975). Hasil penelitian menunjukan pemasok terbaik dengan urutan prioritas nilai tertinggi adalah PT. SM (0,186483), PT. BAS (0,101924), dan PT. PAJ (0,038192). Suppliers are the main chain that greatly influences the production activities of a company, so there needs to be a supplier selection to support the production process and get results according to the wishes of the company. The purpose of this study was to obtain criteria and subcriteria selection of alternative rice suppliers and get the best rice suppliers at PT. AXC. The selection of alternative rice suppliers uses the ANP method (analytical network process). In this study, the criteria for analysis were obtained including quality, responsibility, price, flexibility, service, accuracy, and packaging. The results showed that the criteria with the highest weight were quality (0.139764), price (0.069145), service (0.046673), accuracy (0.031577), packaging (0.017274), responsibility (0.011191) , and flexibility (0.010975). The results showed that the best supplier with the highest priority order was PT. BC (0.186483), PT. BAS (0.101924), and PT. PAJ (0.038192).
