Supplier merupakan rantai utama yang sangat mempengaruhi kegiatan produksi suatu perusahaan, untuk mendapatkan supplier yang mempunyai bahan baku yang sesuai dengan standart perusahaan maka perlu adanya pemilihan supplier untuk menunjang proses produksi serta mendapatkan hasil sesuai keinginan perusahaan. Untuk itu perlu adanya sistem pengambilan keputusan yang tepat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mendapatkan kriteria dan subkriteria pemilihan alternatif supplier ayam dan mendapatkan supplier ayam terbaik di Ayam Bakar Pak D. Pemilihan alternatif supplier ayam ini menggunakan metode ANP (analytical network process) dengan menggunakan software super decision. Pada penelitian ini didapatkan kriteria sebagai bahan analisis antara lain kualitas, pengiriman, harga, pelayanan, dan fleksibilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kriteria dengan bobot tertinggi adalah kualitas (0,65780), pengiriman (0,11850), harga (0,04454), pelayanan (0,08870),dan fleksibilitas (0,09046). Hasil penelitian menunjukan pemasok terbaik dengan urutan prioritas nilai tertinggi adalah UD. RJ, (0,796828), UD. EJ (0,151396), dan UD. SB (0,051776).

Supplier is the main chain that greatly affects the production activities of a company, to get suppliers who have raw materials in accordance with company standards, it is necessary to select suppliers to support the production process and get results according to the wishes of the company. For this reason, it is necessary to have an appropriate decision-making system. The purpose of this study was to obtain criteria and subcriteria selection of alternative chicken suppliers and get the best chicken suppliers in Roasted Chicken Pak D. Alternative selection of these chicken suppliers using ANP (analytical network process) method using super decision software. In this study the criteria for analysis were obtained including quality, delivery, price, service, and flexibility. The results showed that the criteria with the highest weight were quality (0.65780), shipping (0.11850), price (0.04454), service (0.08870), and flexibility (0.09046). The results of the research show that the best supplier with the highest priority order is UD. RJ, (0.796828), UD. EJ (0,151396), and UD. SB (0,051776).
