ABSTRAK Sektor pertanian memiliki kontribusi terbesar dalam penyerapan tenaga kerja nasional yaitu sebesar 30%, sehingga sektor pertanian berperan penting dalam pembangunan ekonomi. Meskipun demikian, dalam ketenagakerjaan pertanian masih terdapat permasalahan yang serius. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi produktivitas tenaga kerja pada sektor pertanian di Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan adalah regresi data panel dengan estimasi fixed effect model. Berdasarkan hasil analisis secara simultan variabel upah, kesehatan, usia, dan pendidikan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas tenaga kerja pertanian. Sedangkan secara parsial variabel kesehatan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, untuk variabel upah tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan. Kata kunci: tenaga kerja, pertanian, produktivitas, regresi data panel.

ABSTRACT Agricultural sector has the largest contribution to national employment which is 30%, so the agricultural sector plays an important role in economic development. However, in agricultural employment there are still serious problems. This research aims to analyze the factors that affect labor productivity in the agricultural sector in Indonesia. The method used is panel data regression with estimation fixed effect model. Based on the results of the analysis simultaneously the variables of wages, health, age, and education have a significant effect on the productivity of agricultural labor. While partially the health variables have a positive and significant effect, for the wage variable does not have a significant effect.
