  • NILAI TAMBAH DAN ASPEK MANAJEMEN PADA PRODUKSI DODOL KETAN DI HOME INDUSTRY "MIRAH" KECAMATAN JETIS KABUPATEN PONOROGO

    Abstraksi

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis (1) besarnya pendapatan; (2) tingkat kelayakan usaha; (3) besarnya nilai tambah pada home industry “MIRAH” dan (4) aspek manajemen. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis pendapatan, analisis kelayakan usaha R/C ratio dan BEP, metode hayami serta analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) besarnya pendapatan yang diperoleh dari pengolahan dodol ketan sebesar Rp 6.180.161 ,- per bulan; (2) nilai R/C ratio sebesar 1,08 atau R/C ratio >1 dan BEP produksi (3.710,69 kg)

    Abstraction

    This study aims to analyze (1) the amount of income; (2) the level of business feasibility; (3) the amount of added value in the "MIRAH" home industry and (4) management aspects. The method used in this study uses income analysis, business feasibility analysis R/C ratio and BEP, hayami method and qualitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that (1) the amount of income obtained from processing dodol ketan was Rp 6.180.161, - per month; (2) R/C ratio of 1.08 or R/C ratio > 1 and BEP of production (3.710,69 kg) < total production (4.275 kg) serta BEP harga (Rp 16.799,96) < harga produk (Rp 19.355,-) per kg, meaning that the home industry "MIRAH" is feasible to run (3) added value obtained from the processing of ketan dodol of Rp. 28,000 per kilogram in one production and (4) management aspects that have been applied by the home industry "MIRAH" still traditionally.
