    Abstraksi

    Produktivitas tambak garam di Desa Lembung Kebupaten Pamekasan cukup tinggi, namun belum mampu memberikan kontribusi yang besar terhadap petani. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas program PUGAR terhadap tingkat keberdayaan petani garam rakyat di Desa Lembung Kabupaten Pamekasan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif yang menggunakan skala likert dan uji korelasi. Hasil penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa pelaksanaan program PUGAR termasuk kategori efektif. Sedangkan tingkat keberdayaan petani garam berada dalam kategori berdaya. Korelasi antara efektivitas program PUGAR dengan tingkat keberdayaan petani garam berada dalam kategori sedang. Kata Kunci : Efektivitas, Program PUGAR, Tingkat Keberdayaan

    Abstraction

    The productivity of salt ponds in Lembung Village, Pamekasan Regency is quite high, but has not been able to provide a large contribution to farmers. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the PUGAR program on the level of empowerment of community salt farmers in Lembung Village, Pamekasan Regency. The research method used is descriptive quantitative using a Likert scale and correlation test. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the PUGAR program includes the effective category. While the level of empowerment of salt farmers is in the empowered category. The correlation between the effectiveness of the PUGAR program and the level of empowerment of salt farmers is in the medium category. Keywords: Effectiveness, PUGAR Program, Level of Empowerment
