Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kombinasi serbuk gergaji tanaman sengon dan jerami padi terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi jamur tiram putih (Pleurotus ostreatus). Penelitian dilaksanakan di sentra budidaya jamur tiram “Maduraya Agro” di Desa Banyuajuh, Kecamatan Kamal, Kabupaten Bangkalan, Madura pada bulan Februari – Mei 2019. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah rancangan acak lengkap dengan 4 kali ulangan dan 6 perlakuan kombinasi yaitu M1 (Serbuk gergaji kayu 50% + Jerami 0%), M2 (Serbuk gergaji kayu 40% + Jerami 10%), M3 (Serbuk gergaji kayu 30% + Jerami 20%), M4 (Serbuk gergaji kayu 20% + Jerami 30%), M5 (Serbuk gergaji kayu 10% + Jerami 40%) dan M6 (Serbuk gergaji kayu 50% + Jerami 0%) dengan bahan tambahan di setiap kombinasi perlakuan adalah dedak padi 13,3%, dedak jagung 2,66%, kapur 0,67% dan air 33,3%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan kombinasi serbuk gergaji sengon dan jerami berpengaruh nyata terhadap waktu pembentukan miselium, jumlah tubuh buah, panjang tangkai, diameter tudung buah dan bobot basah perpanen, namun tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap waktu pembentukan tunas, waktu panen, bobot basah total panen dan rata-rata efisiensi biologi jamur tiram putih (Pleurotus ostreatus). Perlakuan kombinasi sebuk gergaji sengon 40% + jerami padi 10% + dedak padi 13,3%, + dedak jagung 2,66%, + kapur 0,67% (M2) + air 33,3%menghasilkan jumlah tubuh buah, panjang tangkai dan diameter tudung buah lebih besar dibandingkan perlakuan lainnya. AbstractionThis study was aimed to determine the effect of the combination of sawdust sengon plant and rice straw on the growth and production of white oyster mushrooms (Pleurotus ostreatus). The research was conducted at the "Maduraya Agro" oyster mushroom cultivation center in Banyuajuh Village, Kamal District, Bangkalan Regency, Madura from February to May 2019. Treatments were arranged on a Complete Randomized Design (non Factorial) with the treatments were M1 (50% sawdust + 0% straw), M2 (40% sawdust + 10% straw), M3 (30% wood sawdust + 20% straw), M4 (20% sawdust + 30% Straw), M5 (10% + Straw 40% sawdust) and M6 (50% Wood sawdust + 0% Straw). Other additives such as 13.3% rice bran, 2.66% corn bran, lime 0.67% and water 33.3% were applied to all media. The results showed that the combination treatment of sengon sawdust and straw had significant effect on the time of mycelium formation, number of fruiting bodies, stem length, fruit hood diameter and perpanene wet weight, but did not significantly affect shoot formation time, harvest time, total harvest weight and the average efficiency of the biology of white oyster mushrooms (Pleurotus ostreatus). Combination treatment of sengon sawdust 40% + rice straw 10% + rice bran 13.3%, + corn bran 2.66%, + lime 0.67% (M2) + water 33.3% produce the number of fruiting bodies, length of stem and the diameter of the fruit hood is greater than other treatments.
