ABSTRAK Sektor industry merupakan faktor yang sangat penting dalam meningkatkan perekonomian, yang dapat memberi pengaruh besar terhadap pembangunan suatu bangsa. Pemerintah dalam mengembangkan industry kecil dan menengah tidak seluruhnya berjalan dengan lancar. Banyak permasalahan yang di temui oleh pengusaha-pengusaha yang menjalankan industrinya sehingga dapat menghambat laju perkembangan menjadi kearah yang lebih baik. Untuk mengatasi masalah yang di hadapi oleh pelaku home industry maka perlu adanya pemberdayaan yang di berikan daerah sebagai upaya untuk menopang segala kesulitan yang dialami home industry untuk berkembang lebih pesat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh jumlah tenaga kerja, modal dan lama usaha terhadap peningkatan produktivitas home industry di Desa Sendangagung Paciran Kabupaten Lamongan. Penelitian ini mengguakan data primer dan sekunder. Data primer diperoleh dari pelaku home industry melalui wawancara langsung dengan menggunakan daftar pertanyaan yang telah dipersiapkan terlebih dahulu sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh melalui dokumentasi data yang yang sudah ada di dinas-dinas terkait. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier berganda dengan model fungsi produksi dengan metode OLS (Ordinary Least Square) Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan Variabel tenagakerja (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas home industry, Variabel modal (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas home industry. Sedangkan lama usaha (X3) berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap produktivitas home industry di Desa Sendangagung Paciran Kabupaten Lamongan. Abstract The Industrial factor is a very important factor in improving the economy which can give a big influence on the development of a nation. The government in developing small and medium industries is not entirely smooth. There are many problems encountered by enterpreneurs who run their industries. So, they can hinder the pace of development towards a better direction. Moreover, to overcome the problems faced by home industry players, there needs to be empowerment given by the region as an effort to sustain all the difficulties experienced by the home industry to develop more rapidly. This study aims to determine the magnitude on the influence of the number of labor, capital and length of effort on increasing the productivity of home industries in Sendangagung village Paciran District, Lamongan Regency. This research uses primary and secondary data. Primary data is obtained from home industry players through direct interviews using a list of questions that have been prepared in advance. While, secondary data is obtained through documentation of data that already exists in the relevant agencies. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis with a production function model with OLS (Ordinary Least Square) method. Based on the results of the study, the variable labor (X1) has a positive and significant effect on the productivity of home industry. The capital variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on the productivity of home industry. While the duration of business (X3) has a positive and not significant effect on the productivity of home insudtry in Sendangagung village Paciran District, Lamongan Regency.
