    Abstraksi

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh good government governance terhadap kinerja instansi pemerintah daerah. Metode penelitian ini adalah meta analisis. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh jurnal nasional mengenai faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja instansi pemerintah daerah. Sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh jurnal nasional mengenai faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja instansi pemerintah daerah disektor kinerja organisasi perangkat daerah. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel good governance mempengaruhi kinerja instansi pemerintah daerah pada kinerja organisasi perangkat daerah.     Abstraction

    This study aimed to analyze the influence of good government governance on the performance of local government agencies. This research method is a meta-analysis. The population in the study were all a national journal about the factors that affect the performance of local government agencies. While the sample in this study were all national journal about the factors that affect the performance of local government institutions sector performance regional organizations. These results indicate that good governance variables affect the performance of local government agencies in the performance of regional organizations.
